鄱陽湖南磯山濕地不同植被類型對土壤碳組分、羧化酶及cbbl基因的影響

【摘要】:選取鄱陽湖南磯山濕地南荻群落(ND)、蘆葦苔草混合群落(HH)、苔草群落(TC)、茭白群落(JB)及裸灘地(LT)土壤為研究對象,分析土壤中不同碳組分、固碳酶(1,5-二磷酸核酮糖羧化酶/加氧酶(RubisCO)酶活及其大亞基編碼基因(cbbl)及環(huán)境因子對它們的影響。結(jié)果表明:土壤中全碳(TC)、有機(jī)碳(SOC)、微生物生物量碳(MBC)和可溶性有機(jī)碳(DOC)依次為6 380~33 830、1 209~2 259、124.6~1 282、2.848~18.00 mg kg~(-1),其平均值變化表現(xiàn)為NDHHTCJB;土壤中RubisCO酶活性在38.08~125.1 nmol CO_2 kg~(-1) min~(-1)之間,ND土壤RubisCO酶活性最高(125.1 nmol CO_2 kg~(-1) min~(-1)),TC最低(38.08 nmol CO_2 kg~(-1) min~(-1));HH與JB的RubisCO酶活性分別為38.85、66.05 nmol CO_2 kg~(-1) min~(-1)。土壤cbbl基因總拷貝數(shù)在36.07×10~4~195.6×10~4 copies g~(-1)之間,ND最高,JB最低。相關(guān)性分析表明,MBC和DOC與cbbl基因均呈極顯著正相關(guān)(p0.01),而TC、SOC分別與RubisCO酶活性呈顯著正相關(guān)關(guān)系(p0.05)。本研究結(jié)果說明,固碳酶及cbbl基因與各碳組分具有密切的關(guān)系,這對于進(jìn)一步揭示鄱陽湖濕地土壤碳素循環(huán)及其微生物機(jī)制具有重要的參考意義。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the soil samples of Nangji Mountain Wetland in Poyang Lake were selected to analyze the different carbon components in the soil, such as NDN, HHN, TCU, JB, JB) and LTB in the bare beach land, and the mixed community of Reed and moss grass were selected as the research objects. The activities of carbon-sequestrase 1 ~ (1) -ribonose diphosphate carboxylase / oxygenase (RubisCOase) and its large subunit coding gene, cbbl), and the effects of environmental factors on them were studied. The results showed that the total carbon (TCN), organic carbon (SOC), microbial biomass (MBCs) and soluble organic carbon (RubisCO) in soil were 6380 ~ (33) 830 ~ (-1) ~ 1 209N ~ (2 259124.6) ~ 1 282C ~ (2.848) ~ 18.00 mg 路kg ~ (-1) C ~ (-1) respectively, and the RubisCO enzyme activity in soil was between 38.08 ~ 125.1 nmol CO_2 路kg ~ (-1) 路min ~ (-1) 路min ~ (-1). The highest activity of RubisCO (125.1 nmol CO_2 / kg ~ (-1) Tc was 38.08 nmol CO_2 / kg ~ (-1) and the RubisCO activity of HH and JB were 38.85 nmol CO_2 / kg ~ (-1) and 66.05 nmol CO_2 / kg ~ (-1) 路min ~ (-1), respectively, and the activities of RubisCO were 38.08 nmol CO_2 / kg ~ (-1) and 66.05 nmol CO_2 / kg ~ (-1) 路min ~ (-1), respectively. The total copy number of cbbl gene in soil was between 36.07 脳 10 ~ (4) and 195.6 脳 10 ~ (4) copies / g ~ (-1). Correlation analysis showed that both MBC, DOC and cbbl genes were positively correlated with p0.01a, while TCC-SOC was positively correlated with RubisCO activity respectively (p0.05). The results show that carbon sequestration enzyme and cbbl gene are closely related to each carbon component, which is important for revealing the soil carbon cycling and its microbial mechanism in Poyang Lake wetland.
