【摘要】：以生態(tài)脆弱區(qū)域石羊河流域?yàn)閷?shí)證研究范圍,遵循離散選擇實(shí)驗(yàn)基本原則,設(shè)計(jì)了包括休耕面積、休耕區(qū)位、休耕期限和休耕植被等在內(nèi)的石羊河流域休耕政策集。應(yīng)用離散選擇實(shí)驗(yàn)的調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用Mixed Logit模型和Oaxaca-Blinder差異分解,測(cè)算和揭示了石羊河流域城鄉(xiāng)居民對(duì)于具體休耕方案的支付意愿差異及其產(chǎn)生的原因。研究結(jié)果表明:石羊河流域居民均有顯著意愿支持休耕項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施;城鄉(xiāng)居民對(duì)于休耕方案的偏好異質(zhì)性較大,兩個(gè)群體內(nèi)部也存在很大差異;城鎮(zhèn)居民對(duì)于所有休耕指標(biāo)的支付意愿均高于農(nóng)村居民。因此在休耕方案實(shí)施過(guò)程中,應(yīng)充分關(guān)注城鄉(xiāng)差異、尊重居民意愿,實(shí)施差異化的休耕政策。
[Abstract]:Taking Shiyang River Basin as an empirical study scope and following the basic principle of discrete selection experiment, a collection of fallow policies including fallow area, fallow location, fallow duration and fallow vegetation was designed. Based on the investigation data of discrete selection experiment, Mixed Logit model and Oaxaca-Blinder differential decomposition, the differences in the willingness of urban and rural residents to pay for the specific fallow schemes in Shiyang River Basin were calculated and revealed. The results show that the residents of Shiyang River basin have significant willingness to support the implementation of fallow projects and the preference of urban and rural residents for fallow schemes is heterogeneity and there are great differences between the two groups. The willingness of urban residents to pay for all fallow indexes was higher than that of rural residents. Therefore, in the implementation of fallow scheme, we should pay full attention to the differences between urban and rural areas, respect the wishes of residents, and implement a differentiated fallow policy.
