纖維素乙醇糟液對稻秸豬糞厭氧發(fā)酵的促進(jìn)機(jī)制

【摘要】:纖維乙醇生產(chǎn)會伴隨產(chǎn)出大量酸性糟液。利用厭氧技術(shù)處理糟液存在C/N低、p H值低等難題,采用糟液與秸稈、豬糞混合后厭氧發(fā)酵是一種有效的糟液處理途徑。秸稈添加糟液后,TS比例為3%,6%和9%時(shí)各組產(chǎn)氣量分別為627.8、585.6和443.9 m L·g~(-1)TS,大幅度高于不添加糟液的秸稈對照組產(chǎn)氣量292.5 m L·g~(-1)TS,且嗜氫產(chǎn)甲烷途徑增強(qiáng),甲烷體積分?jǐn)?shù)從低于60%增至70%以上。豬糞添加糟液在較低TS濃度3%時(shí)產(chǎn)氣量最高676.7 m L·g~(-1)TS,秸稈和豬糞按TS1∶1的比例混合時(shí)添加糟液的產(chǎn)氣效果最佳。秸稈添加糟液的最大VFAs比秸稈對照高2.8~4.7倍,產(chǎn)氣延遲增加,從混合型發(fā)酵變?yōu)榈湫偷亩∷嵝桶l(fā)酵;豬糞添加糟液后VFAs濃度相對較低,產(chǎn)氣啟動快,從混合型發(fā)酵轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榈湫偷谋嵝桶l(fā)酵,說明糟液在不同碳源條件下,有著不同的代謝促進(jìn)途徑。糟液與農(nóng)業(yè)廢棄物混合厭氧發(fā)酵,是一種高效的共發(fā)酵體系。糟液在刺激促進(jìn)秸稈、豬糞產(chǎn)氣提升和解除抑制風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的同時(shí),自身也得到高效降解利用。
[Abstract]:Cellulosic ethanol production can be accompanied by the production of a large amount of acid lees. Low C / N ratio and low pH value exist in the treatment of lees by anaerobic technology. It is an effective way to treat lees by anaerobic fermentation after mixed waste liquid with straw and pig manure. The gas production of each group was 627.8585.6 and 443.9 mL / L respectively, which was significantly higher than that of the straw control group (292.5 mL / kg) and the hydrophilic methanogenic pathway was increased from less than 60% to more than 70%. The maximum gas production of pig manure was 676.7 mL / g ~ (-1) when the concentration of TS was 3 and the mixture of straw and pig dung was the best when the ratio of TS1:1 was the same. The maximum VFAs of the waste liquor added by straw was 2.8N 4.7 times higher than that of the straw control, and the gas production delay increased, from mixed fermentation to typical butyric acid fermentation, the concentration of VFAs was relatively low and the gas production started quickly after adding the waste liquor to pig manure. The transformation from mixed fermentation to typical propionic acid fermentation showed that the lees had different metabolic promoting pathways under different carbon sources. Mixed anaerobic fermentation of lees and agricultural wastes is an efficient co-fermentation system. In addition to stimulating straw, pig manure gas production and removing inhibition risks, the lees can be degraded and utilized efficiently.
