【摘要】：為做好蘋果氣候品質(zhì)認(rèn)證工作,基于2013—2015年陜西31個蘋果種植生產(chǎn)基地縣155片果園的果實品質(zhì)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)和物候監(jiān)測資料,應(yīng)用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度分析和逐步回歸方法,分延安果區(qū)、渭北東部果區(qū)、渭北西部果區(qū)和關(guān)中果區(qū)4個生態(tài)類型區(qū),分析了蘋果品質(zhì)的分異特征,研究了影響蘋果品質(zhì)的關(guān)鍵物候期及主要?dú)庀笠蜃印＝Y(jié)果表明:各生態(tài)類型區(qū)的果形指數(shù)和可滴定酸含量較為一致,單果重、可溶性固形物含量和果實著色度差異較為明顯。第一次膨大期最高氣溫、生長季最高氣溫和幼果期平均氣溫對蘋果品質(zhì)的影響最為顯著。其中開花期和幼果期氣溫高、降水少,第一次膨大期氣溫低、日照多,著色期氣溫低、相對濕度大有利于提高陜西蘋果品質(zhì)。利用多元回歸構(gòu)建的品質(zhì)預(yù)測模型擬合效果較好,可在業(yè)務(wù)中應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:In order to do a good job in the certification of apple climate quality, based on the investigation data of fruit quality and phenological monitoring data of 155 fruit orchards in 31 apple planting and production base counties in Shaanxi Province from 2013 to 2015, grey correlation analysis and stepwise regression method were used to divide the fruit area of Yan'an. The differentiation characteristics of apple quality were analyzed and the key phenological periods and main meteorological factors affecting apple quality were studied in the four ecological types of fruit regions in the eastern part of Weibei, western Weibei and Guanzhong fruit regions. The results showed that the fruit shape index and titratable acid content of each ecological region were consistent, and the difference of fruit weight, soluble solids content and fruit color was obvious. The highest temperature in the first expansion period, the maximum temperature in the growing season and the average temperature in the young fruit stage had the most significant effects on the apple quality. Among them, high temperature in flowering period and young fruit stage, less precipitation, low temperature in the first expanding period, more sunshine, low temperature in coloring period, and great relative humidity are beneficial to improve the quality of Shaanxi apple. The quality prediction model constructed by multivariate regression has good fitting effect and can be applied in business.
