不同施肥措施對(duì)番茄連作土壤酚酸含量和微生物功能多樣性的調(diào)節(jié)

【摘要】:設(shè)施內(nèi)蔬菜連作土壤酚酸含量和微生物功能多樣性的異常是導(dǎo)致連作障礙的關(guān)鍵因素。利用毛細(xì)管電泳及BiologECO生理學(xué)研究法研究了雞糞(M)、雞糞+K2SO4(MK)、雞糞+稻草(MR)、雞糞+稻草+K2SO4(MRK)對(duì)溫室內(nèi)番茄連作6年土壤中對(duì)羥基苯甲酸、苯甲酸、阿魏酸及肉桂酸及微生物功能多樣性的影響,以不施肥處理為對(duì)照(CK)。結(jié)果表明:與CK相比,不同物料組合施用能夠顯著降低土壤中酚酸含量,其中MRK處理降低效果最明顯,土壤中對(duì)羥基苯甲酸、苯甲酸分別降低7.11%~57.04%、81.84%~83.32%。不同物料組合施用提高了土壤微生物對(duì)碳源的利用強(qiáng)度,其中MRK處理土壤微生物對(duì)碳源利用能力最強(qiáng),且微生物多樣性指數(shù)最高,其Shannon和Mch Intosh多樣性指數(shù)比其他處理平均提高3.93%~10.07%、6.22%~27.47%。主成分分析表明,M處理土壤的微生物功能多樣性差異主要是由于氨基酸、羧酸類、聚合物或酚酸類碳源引起的,而MR處理則是由碳水化合物或胺類碳源引起。微生物多樣性指數(shù)與土壤中對(duì)羥基苯甲酸、苯甲酸、阿魏酸及肉桂酸含量呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)。MRK處理番茄產(chǎn)量分別比MK、MR、M、CK提高5.87%、11.34%、22.85%、30.13%,但MK番茄產(chǎn)量與MRK相差不明顯。設(shè)施栽培條件下,雞糞、稻草和K2SO4配合施用對(duì)提高土壤微生物功能多樣性,降低土壤酚酸類物質(zhì)含量,減緩連作障礙具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:The abnormal phenolic acid content and microbial functional diversity are the key factors causing the continuous cropping obstacle. Capillary electrophoresis (CE) and BiologECO physiology were used to study the effects of chicken manure, and chicken manure, K _ 2SO _ 4 and K _ 2SO _ 4 on the treatment of p-hydroxybenzoic acid in tomato soil in greenhouse for six years. The effects of ferulic acid, cinnamic acid and microbial functional diversity were studied. The results showed that the content of phenolic acid in soil was significantly decreased by applying different combinations of materials compared with CK, among which, the effect of MRK treatment was the most obvious, and the contents of p-hydroxybenzoic acid and benzoic acid in soil decreased 7.11%, 57.04% and 83.32% respectively. The application of different combinations of materials improved the soil microbial utilization intensity of carbon source, and the ability of soil microorganism to use carbon source was the strongest, and the microbial diversity index was the highest. The Shannon and Mch Intosh diversity index increased by 3.93% and 10.07%, 6.22% and 27.47%, respectively, compared with other treatments. Principal component analysis (PCA) showed that the diversity of microbial function was mainly caused by amino acid, carboxylic acid, polymer or phenolic acid carbon source, while Mr treatment was caused by carbohydrate or amine carbon source. The microbial diversity index was significantly negatively correlated with the contents of p-hydroxybenzoic acid, ferulic acid and cinnamic acid in soil. The yield of tomato treated with MRK was 5.87% higher than that of MK, 11.34% and 22.85% (30.13%), respectively, but the yield of MK tomato was not significantly different from that of MRK. The combination of chicken manure, straw and K2SO4 could improve the functional diversity of soil microorganisms, reduce the content of phenolic acids in soil and slow down the obstacle of continuous cropping.
