基于語(yǔ)義的農(nóng)業(yè)科技信息資源本體構(gòu)建與推理服務(wù)研究

【摘要】:隨著農(nóng)業(yè)信息化進(jìn)程的快速推進(jìn),大量的農(nóng)業(yè)科技信息資源無序堆積。怎樣組織、管理和維護(hù)農(nóng)業(yè)科技信息資源,并實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)資源有效的共享和重用成為研究的關(guān)注點(diǎn),關(guān)鍵在于對(duì)其共享的信息資源有一個(gè)公認(rèn)和一致的理解。本體是一種能有效表達(dá)概念層次結(jié)構(gòu)和概念語(yǔ)義關(guān)系的模型,被認(rèn)為是知識(shí)組織和管理領(lǐng)域解決信息爆炸問題的先進(jìn)方法。與具體的農(nóng)業(yè)科技信息資源服務(wù)領(lǐng)域相結(jié)合則可以理解為:本體是用于描述或表達(dá)農(nóng)業(yè)科技信息資源的概念或術(shù)語(yǔ)及其之間的關(guān)系,對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)科技信息領(lǐng)域中的重要實(shí)體、屬性及其相互關(guān)系進(jìn)行形式化描述,即本體為不同平臺(tái)之間的農(nóng)業(yè)科技信息資源共享和重用提供了平臺(tái)。首先將本體相關(guān)的技術(shù)應(yīng)用于農(nóng)業(yè)科技領(lǐng)域,通過對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)科技領(lǐng)域的信息資源分析,對(duì)其中相關(guān)概念與概念之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行描述,構(gòu)建農(nóng)業(yè)科技信息資源本體。其次開展推理技術(shù)的相關(guān)研究,對(duì)信息資源進(jìn)行有效推理,對(duì)語(yǔ)義體系進(jìn)行擴(kuò)充展,設(shè)計(jì)基于農(nóng)業(yè)科技信息資源本體的語(yǔ)義檢索原型系統(tǒng),利用該系統(tǒng)獲取服務(wù)于農(nóng)業(yè)的信息,進(jìn)而達(dá)到更高層次的信息資源的應(yīng)用。具體工作如下:(1)構(gòu)建農(nóng)業(yè)科技信息資源本體庫(kù)。結(jié)合農(nóng)業(yè)科技信息的分類標(biāo)準(zhǔn),分析其概念及其層次結(jié)構(gòu)之間的關(guān)系,利用protégé本體設(shè)計(jì)工具,構(gòu)建農(nóng)業(yè)科技信息資源本體。(2)基于OWL描述的農(nóng)業(yè)科技信息資源本體推理。在所構(gòu)建的農(nóng)業(yè)科技信息資源本體的基礎(chǔ)之上,借助Jena推理機(jī)和推理規(guī)則,提出農(nóng)業(yè)科技信息資源本體的語(yǔ)義推理框架。(3)農(nóng)業(yè)科技信息資源語(yǔ)義檢索原型系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。在對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)科技信息資源本體建模及其語(yǔ)義推理機(jī)制進(jìn)行詳細(xì)研究和基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)語(yǔ)義檢索原型系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid progress of agricultural informatization, a large number of agricultural science and technology information resources are stacked disorderly. How to organize, manage and maintain agricultural science and technology information resources, and to realize the effective sharing and reuse of agricultural science and technology information resources has become the focus of research. The key is to have a recognized and consistent understanding of the information resources shared by agricultural science and technology information resources. Ontology is a model that can effectively express the relationship between conceptual hierarchy and concept semantics. It is considered to be an advanced method to solve the problem of information explosion in the field of knowledge organization and management. Combined with the specific field of agricultural science and technology information resources service, it can be understood as: ontology is used to describe or express the concepts or terms of agricultural science and technology information resources and their relationships, to the important entities in the field of agricultural science and technology information. Ontology provides a platform for sharing and reusing agricultural science and technology information resources among different platforms. Firstly, the ontology-related technology is applied to the field of agricultural science and technology. Through the analysis of the information resources in the field of agricultural science and technology, the relationship between the related concepts and concepts is described, and the ontology of agricultural science and technology information resources is constructed. Secondly, the related research of reasoning technology is carried out, the information resources are inferred effectively, the semantic system is expanded and the prototype system of semantic retrieval based on the ontology of agricultural science and technology information resources is designed, and the information serving for agriculture is obtained by the system. And then achieve a higher level of application of information resources. The concrete work is as follows: 1) constructing the ontology database of agricultural science and technology information resources. Combined with the classification standard of agricultural science and technology information, this paper analyzes the relationship between its concept and its hierarchical structure, and uses prot 茅 g 茅 ontology design tool to construct agricultural science and technology information resource ontology reasoning based on OWL description. On the basis of the ontology of agricultural science and technology information resources, the design and implementation of the prototype system of semantic retrieval of agricultural science and technology information resources is put forward with the help of Jena inference engine and inference rules, and the semantic reasoning framework of agricultural science and technology information resources. Based on the detailed study of ontology modeling and semantic reasoning mechanism of agricultural science and technology information resources, a prototype system of semantic retrieval is designed.
