【摘要】:農(nóng)田監(jiān)控是現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)智能化和信息化的重要標(biāo)志,如何及時(shí)獲取田間農(nóng)作物的長(zhǎng)勢(shì)信息是首先需要解決的問(wèn)題。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),無(wú)法及時(shí)獲得農(nóng)田長(zhǎng)勢(shì)信息是影響農(nóng)作物產(chǎn)量的重要因素之一。因此,為農(nóng)田地塊之間配備先進(jìn)的農(nóng)田圖像采集設(shè)備已經(jīng)成為必然趨勢(shì)。農(nóng)田圖像采集器,利用了嵌入式系統(tǒng)技術(shù)、總線通信技術(shù)、傳感器技術(shù)、圖像轉(zhuǎn)換技術(shù)、自動(dòng)控制技術(shù)而構(gòu)建一套綜合性采集系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)可以對(duì)農(nóng)田長(zhǎng)勢(shì)信息進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)采集,實(shí)時(shí)查詢(xún),以及對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)的存儲(chǔ)和備份,為農(nóng)田管理部門(mén)提供有效的、穩(wěn)定的農(nóng)田田間信息,方便其及時(shí)的管理和調(diào)度,從而大幅度減少因農(nóng)田田間信息不足而導(dǎo)致的糧食產(chǎn)量降低的概率。圖像采集器采用嵌入式技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)了采集器的硬件和軟件,設(shè)計(jì)了業(yè)務(wù)終端軟件。采集器的硬件采用天嵌核心板加底板組合的方式。核心板控制芯片采用四核ARM芯片imax6q。硬件設(shè)計(jì)部分包括控制子系統(tǒng),狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)子系統(tǒng),擴(kuò)展子系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)。其中,每個(gè)系統(tǒng)部分包含多個(gè)接口電路。采集器的軟件基于Linux系統(tǒng),使用多線程技術(shù)。采集器業(yè)務(wù)軟件基于VS2012軟件編寫(xiě),具有圖像顯示,控制云臺(tái)運(yùn)動(dòng)等功能。實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)農(nóng)田圖像采集器站點(diǎn)的各個(gè)氣象要素的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)與查詢(xún),從而方便管理人員對(duì)農(nóng)田圖像數(shù)據(jù)的管理。本文設(shè)計(jì)了一種農(nóng)田圖像采集器,并且對(duì)設(shè)備進(jìn)行了制作。對(duì)試驗(yàn)設(shè)備的預(yù)定功能進(jìn)行了測(cè)試,測(cè)試結(jié)果證明,文中所設(shè)計(jì)的農(nóng)田圖像采集器具有功耗低,使用方便,便于功能擴(kuò)展等優(yōu)良特性,適合使用于野外農(nóng)田環(huán)境中。最后,對(duì)于在測(cè)試過(guò)程中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,提出了處理的方案和解決辦法。
[Abstract]:Farmland monitoring is an important symbol of modern agricultural intelligence and information. How to obtain the growing information of field crops in time is the first problem to be solved. According to statistics, the lack of timely access to farmland growth information is one of the important factors affecting crop yield. Therefore, the installation of advanced farmland image acquisition equipment between farmland plots has become an inevitable trend. A comprehensive collection system is constructed by using embedded system technology, bus communication technology, sensor technology, image conversion technology and automatic control technology. The system can collect data, query in real time, store and back up the data, provide effective and stable farmland field information for farmland management department, and facilitate its timely management and scheduling. Therefore, the probability of grain yield decrease caused by the lack of field information is greatly reduced. The embedded technology is used in the image collector, the hardware and software of the collector are designed, and the terminal software is designed. The hardware of the collector adopts the combination of sky-embedded core board and bottom plate. The core board control chip adopts four core ARM chip imax6q. The hardware design includes control subsystem, condition monitoring subsystem and extended subsystem. Each system part includes a plurality of interface circuits. The software of the collector is based on Linux system and multithread technology is used. The business software of the collector is based on VS2012 software. It can display images and control the movement of cloud head. The real-time monitoring and querying of the meteorological elements in the farmland image acquisition station is realized, which is convenient for the management of the farmland image data. In this paper, a kind of farmland image collector is designed, and the equipment is made. The test results show that the farmland image collector designed in this paper has the advantages of low power consumption, convenient use and easy function expansion, so it is suitable for use in the field environment. Finally, the solutions to the problems found in the testing process are put forward.
