改性滑石粉對(duì)防化肥結(jié)塊效果的影響

【摘要】:研究硬脂酸、鋁酸酯、鈦酸酯對(duì)滑石粉的改性效果,以活化指數(shù)和接觸角作為表征指標(biāo),得到滑石粉的較好的改性工藝參數(shù):硬脂酸、鈦酸酯、鋁酸酯的用量分別為3%、2.5%、3%,改性時(shí)間為1.5 h,改性溫度為65℃。分別利用粒度分析和掃描電鏡觀察改性前后滑石粉的粒度和形貌,發(fā)現(xiàn)改性滑石粉粒徑減小,分散性提高。放置42 d后,未添加滑石粉的尿素和復(fù)合肥的結(jié)塊率分別為26.79%和12.96%,結(jié)塊強(qiáng)度分別為868.38 N/kg和1974.11N/kg;添加3%鈦酸酯改性的滑石粉作為防結(jié)塊劑時(shí),尿素和復(fù)合肥的結(jié)塊率分別0.59%和0.46%,結(jié)塊強(qiáng)度分別為30 N/kg和40 N/kg。
