【摘要】：固體堆肥發(fā)酵是合理利用發(fā)酵床熟化墊料的有效途徑之一,但是發(fā)酵床熟化墊料因在養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)中經(jīng)過腐熟分解過程,存在無(wú)法滿足固體堆肥發(fā)酵及畜禽糞便無(wú)害化處理要求的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。將不同比例的酒糟添加進(jìn)發(fā)酵床熟化墊料中,改善發(fā)酵床熟化墊料理化性狀,使其能夠進(jìn)行正常的堆肥發(fā)酵,并對(duì)發(fā)酵過程中的溫度、pH值、電導(dǎo)率(EC)、養(yǎng)分以及發(fā)芽指數(shù)進(jìn)行檢測(cè),從而觀察不同處理之間堆肥進(jìn)程差異,在兼顧堆肥耗時(shí)、腐熟度以及養(yǎng)分含量的情況下,選出較為合適的混合發(fā)酵比例。結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)過53 d的堆肥發(fā)酵,添加酒糟的T2、T3、T4、T5處理能夠延長(zhǎng)堆肥中高溫階段的天數(shù),滿足無(wú)害化對(duì)溫度的要求,達(dá)到腐熟發(fā)酵床熟化墊料的目的;但與其他處理比較T2處理耗時(shí)最短,成本最低。酒糟的添加不僅能夠明顯提高堆體初始pH值以及C/N,而且明顯降低堆體初始的EC值,有一個(gè)相對(duì)合適的初始發(fā)酵條件。因此,發(fā)酵床熟化墊料添加25%的酒糟進(jìn)行混合發(fā)酵,不僅可以得到較好的堆肥效果,而且控制了發(fā)酵床熟化墊料成本,節(jié)省時(shí)間。
[Abstract]:Solid compost fermentation is one of the effective ways to make use of fermentation bed maturation pad. However, fermentation bed maturation pad is decomposed through decomposing process in breeding farm. There is a risk that it can not meet the requirements of solid compost fermentation and harmless disposal of livestock and poultry manure. In order to improve the physical and chemical properties of fermented bed maturation pad, different proportion of distiller's grains were added into fermentation bed maturation pad, so that it could carry out normal composting fermentation, and the temperature and pH value of fermentation process were also studied. In order to observe the difference of composting process between different treatments, the composting time, maturity and nutrient content were taken into account, and the suitable mixed fermentation ratio was selected. The results showed that after 53 days of composting fermentation, the treatment of adding distiller's grains T2OT3OT4T4 T5 could prolong the days of high temperature stage of compost, satisfy the requirement of innocuous fermentation temperature, and achieve the purpose of maturing maturation of fermented bed. Compared with other treatments, T2 treatment takes the shortest time and the lowest cost. The addition of distiller's grains can not only increase the initial pH value and C / N value, but also decrease the initial EC value of the reactor body obviously. There is a relatively suitable initial fermentation condition. Therefore, the fermentation bed maturation pad added 25% of distiller's grains for mixed fermentation can not only obtain better composting effect, but also control the cost of fermentation bed maturation pad and save time.
