艾納香叢枝菌根與土壤因子的相關(guān)性

【摘要】:【目的】探明艾納香根系侵染特性及其與土壤因子的關(guān)系!痉椒ā坎捎脻窈Y傾析-蔗糖離心法進行孢子分離,根據(jù)《VA菌根鑒定手冊》和國際叢枝菌根真菌保藏中心提供的種描述及圖片,對貴州興義市南盤江鎮(zhèn)的歪染村和田房村艾納香的根系及土壤進行AM真菌分離鑒定!窘Y(jié)果】歪染村和田房村艾納香根系及土壤共分離鑒定出AM真菌4屬53種,其中,球囊霉屬25種,無梗囊霉屬8種,巨孢囊霉屬1種,盾巨孢囊霉屬1種;歪染村樣地中鑒定AM真菌2屬35種,其中球囊霉屬22種,無梗囊霉屬13種,兩樣地的優(yōu)勢屬均為球囊霉屬。【結(jié)論】不同樣地AM(Arbuscular Mycorrhizal)真菌種類分布有明顯差異,AM真菌能與艾納香根系共生形成疆南星型叢枝菌根;秋季AM真菌孢子密度明顯高于夏季,但夏秋兩季菌根侵染率無顯著差異。AM真菌侵染率與土壤pH呈顯著正相關(guān)(r=0.549,P0.05),AM真菌的空間分布及其侵染特性與土壤環(huán)境密切相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:[objective] to investigate the characteristics of root infection and its relationship with soil factors. [methods] Spore separation was carried out by wet sieve tilting and sucrose centrifugation. According to the VA mycorrhizal Identification Manual and the species description and pictures provided by the International arbuscular mycorrhizal Fungi Preservation Center, The root system and soil of Ainaxam in Panjiang Town, Xingyi City, Guizhou Province were isolated and identified by AM fungi isolation. [results] A total of 53 species of AM fungi belonging to 4 genera were isolated from the root system and soil in Hetian Fang Village and Jiaoran Village, Guizhou Province, China. 25 species of the genus Ballosae, 8 species of the genus Armillaria, 1 species of the genus megacystis and 1 species of the genus Cystis, and 35 species of AM fungi belonging to 2 genera were identified in the village of askew staining, of which 22 species were the Balloon Fungi and 13 species were the Astragalus. [conclusion] there are significant differences in the distribution of AM(Arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM(Arbuscular mycorrhizal) fungi between the two plots, and the spore density of AM fungi in autumn is significantly higher than that in summer. However, there was no significant difference in mycorrhizal infection rate between summer and autumn. There was a significant positive correlation between mycorrhizal infection rate and soil pH. The spatial distribution and infection characteristics of mycorrhizal fungi were closely related to soil environment.
