【摘要】：為研究不同規(guī)模耕地的經(jīng)濟效益差異及影響耕地經(jīng)濟效益的因素,以曲周縣第四疃鄉(xiāng)農(nóng)戶調(diào)查問卷為基礎,利用Stata 12.0逐步回歸分析方法,從農(nóng)戶微觀視角分析不同農(nóng)戶耕地經(jīng)濟效益的差異及影響效益產(chǎn)生差異的原因。結果表明:耕地規(guī)模大的分組中農(nóng)戶耕地經(jīng)濟效益較高;耕地經(jīng)濟效益與耕地塊均面積、機械擁有量呈顯著正相關關系;與家庭主要勞動力年齡呈顯著負相關關系;與務農(nóng)人口數(shù)沒有明顯相關關系;地塊規(guī)則成方、加入合作社等新型組織或自成種糧大戶均有利于提高耕地經(jīng)濟效益。據(jù)此提出解放勞動力、實施土地整治、扶持農(nóng)村合作社、推動土地流轉等提高耕地經(jīng)濟效益等建議。
[Abstract]:In order to study the difference of economic benefit of cultivated land of different scale and the factors influencing the economic benefit of cultivated land, based on the questionnaire of Qutuan Rural Farmers in Quzhou County, the method of Stata 12.0 stepwise regression analysis was used. This paper analyzes the differences in the economic benefits of different farmers' cultivated land and the reasons for the differences in the effects from the perspective of farmers' microcosmic view. The results show that the economic benefit of farm household is higher in the large cultivated land group, the economic benefit of cultivated land is positively correlated with the average area of cultivated land and the amount of mechanical ownership, and it is negatively correlated with the age of the main labor force of the family. There is no obvious correlation with the number of agricultural population, and the new type of organization, such as land block rule and cooperative, or large grain farmers can improve the economic benefit of cultivated land. Based on this, some suggestions are put forward, such as liberating labor force, carrying out land renovation, supporting rural co-operatives, promoting land circulation and improving the economic benefit of cultivated land.
