【摘要】：新疆作為連接"一帶一路"沿線(xiàn)國(guó)家貿(mào)易往來(lái)的核心區(qū),已成為我國(guó)開(kāi)拓中亞、南亞和東歐工農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)的前沿陣地。根據(jù)2000—2014年新疆相關(guān)面板數(shù)據(jù),在構(gòu)建農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化與環(huán)境污染之間經(jīng)驗(yàn)?zāi)Ｐ偷幕A(chǔ)上,用SPSS19.0檢驗(yàn)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化是否帶來(lái)了更多的環(huán)境污染,以此為農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)提供更多的決策依據(jù)和政策建議。結(jié)果表明:以化肥使用量描述新疆地區(qū)的環(huán)境污染更具有代表性,農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展水平的提高可以減少環(huán)境污染,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展對(duì)環(huán)境污染影響嚴(yán)重,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、環(huán)保投資、技術(shù)進(jìn)步與環(huán)境污染呈負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系,但影響不顯著;加快土地制度改革,調(diào)整第一、第二、第三產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)等可以使農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化未來(lái)發(fā)展趨向生態(tài)化。
[Abstract]:Xinjiang, as the core area connecting the trade between the countries along Belt and Road, has become the frontier position for our country to open up the market of industrial and agricultural products in Central Asia, South Asia and Eastern Europe. According to the relevant panel data of Xinjiang from 2000 to 2014, on the basis of constructing the empirical model between agricultural modernization and environmental pollution, we use SPSS19.0 to test whether agricultural modernization has brought more environmental pollution. In this way for agricultural modernization to provide more decision-making basis and policy recommendations. The results show that the environmental pollution in Xinjiang is represented by the amount of chemical fertilizer used. The improvement of agricultural modernization level can reduce the environmental pollution, the economic development has a serious impact on environmental pollution, the industrial structure and environmental protection investment. There is a negative correlation between technological progress and environmental pollution, but the influence is not obvious. Speeding up the reform of land system and adjusting the structure of the first, second and third industries can make the future development of agricultural modernization become ecological.
