【摘要】：針對中國轉(zhuǎn)基因作物產(chǎn)業(yè)化決策的倫理問題特征,基于互動滿意人理念分析其在風(fēng)險認知和利益分配層面存在的分歧,能夠探尋其公共決策倫理共識路徑。在認知受限、利益分歧的情況下,通過深化相關(guān)決策中公眾參與、科學(xué)理解、利害妥協(xié)的持續(xù)認知互動來逐步達成倫理共識,才能保證公共利益公正的實現(xiàn)并規(guī)范轉(zhuǎn)基因作物產(chǎn)業(yè)化合理發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In view of the ethical characteristics of the decision making of GM crops industrialization in China, based on the concept of interactive satisfactory person, this paper analyzes the differences in risk cognition and benefit distribution, and can explore the ethical consensus path of public decision-making. In the case of limited cognition and divergent interests, we can gradually reach an ethical consensus by deepening the continuous cognitive interaction of public participation, scientific understanding and compromise of interests in relevant decision-making. Only then can we guarantee the fair realization of public interest and standardize the reasonable development of the industrialization of transgenic crops.
