基于激光誘導擊穿光譜定量檢測土壤中營養(yǎng)元素的研究

【摘要】:采用激光誘導擊穿光譜(LIBS)對土壤中的營養(yǎng)元素進行了定量檢測。采用輸出波長為1064nm、脈寬為5.82ns的Nd…YAG脈沖激光器作為光源,將激光聚焦在土壤表面產(chǎn)生激光誘導等離子體,使用三光柵光譜儀和門寬控制的增強電荷耦合器件(ICCD)測量等離子體發(fā)射光譜;趥鹘y(tǒng)LIBS系統(tǒng),新增了擴束鏡系統(tǒng)和實時監(jiān)測系統(tǒng),研制了籠式結構LIBS系統(tǒng),優(yōu)化了籠式結構中擴束鏡系統(tǒng)的激光聚焦位置,獲得了最佳的激光聚焦位置0.2cm。測試了MgⅡ279.56nm、MgⅡ 280.26nm和MgⅠ 285.21nm譜線的信號強度。結果表明,籠式結構LIBS系統(tǒng)在信號穩(wěn)定性上優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)LIBS系統(tǒng)。定量分析了土壤中營養(yǎng)元素Cu、Mn、Mg、K的質量分數(shù),它們的檢出限分別為0.42×10~(-6)、13.2×10~(-6)、38.5×10~(-6)、62×10~(-6),優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)LIBS系統(tǒng)得到的檢出限;诙四P皖A測了土壤中Cu、Mn、Mg、K元素的質量分數(shù),它們預測值的平均相對誤差分別為9.2%、9.6%、8.5%、10.9%。
[Abstract]:The nutrient elements in soil were quantitatively determined by laser induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS). ND with output wavelength of 1064 nm and pulse width of 5.82ns... Laser induced plasma is produced by focusing the laser on the soil surface as a light source. The plasma emission spectra are measured by a three-grating spectrometer and an enhanced charge coupled device controlled by gate width. Based on the traditional LIBS system, the beam expanding mirror system and the real time monitoring system are added, and the cage structure LIBS system is developed.
