【摘要】：筆者利用浙江省424個規(guī)�；i養(yǎng)殖戶的實(shí)地調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù),以沼氣發(fā)酵作為污染處理的主要采納行為,對養(yǎng)殖戶在排污權(quán)交易制度下的沼氣設(shè)施投資意愿及其影響因素進(jìn)行定量分析。研究表明,排污權(quán)交易制度能夠激勵規(guī)�；i養(yǎng)殖戶采納沼氣發(fā)酵行為處理污染,進(jìn)行廢棄物資源化利用的環(huán)保投資,這主要取決于養(yǎng)殖規(guī)模、已購建沼氣池、沼氣發(fā)酵效益評價和沼氣發(fā)酵技術(shù)服務(wù),但并非環(huán)保覺知。因此,把排污權(quán)交易制度引入以生豬養(yǎng)殖污染為典型的農(nóng)業(yè)面源污染控制中是可行的,它應(yīng)由傳統(tǒng)的環(huán)境容量再分配轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樯a(chǎn)規(guī)模再分配。
[Abstract]:Based on the field investigation data of 424 large-scale pig farmers in Zhejiang Province, biogas fermentation was used as the main adopted behavior of pollution treatment. Quantitative analysis of biogas investment will and its influencing factors of breeders under emission trading system is carried out. The study shows that the emission trading system can encourage large-scale pig farmers to adopt biogas fermentation to deal with pollution and to invest in the utilization of waste, which mainly depends on the scale of breeding and has been purchased and built biogas digesters. Biogas fermentation benefit evaluation and biogas fermentation technology services, but not environmental awareness. Therefore, it is feasible to introduce the emission trading system into agricultural non-point source pollution control, which is typical of pig breeding pollution, and it should be changed from traditional environmental capacity redistribution to production scale redistribution.
