東北地區(qū)水田土壤下層土與水稻根系生長(zhǎng)分布關(guān)系

【摘要】:為了探究東北地區(qū)水田土壤下層土與水稻根系生長(zhǎng)及產(chǎn)量的關(guān)系,采用微區(qū)試驗(yàn)方法,研究白漿土、黑土、草甸土三種類(lèi)型水田土壤下層土對(duì)水稻根系生長(zhǎng)和產(chǎn)量的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:不同類(lèi)型土壤間水稻根系分布密度差異顯著,其中黑土草甸土白漿土,且有下層土處理無(wú)下層土處理;水稻總根長(zhǎng)、根系直徑、根尖數(shù)在不同類(lèi)型土壤間差異極顯著,不同土壤間表現(xiàn)規(guī)律不一致,但各類(lèi)土壤均為有下層土處理高于無(wú)下層土處理;水稻根系總體積、表面積、干重、根冠比、垂直根長(zhǎng)各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均與水稻產(chǎn)量呈正相關(guān)性;比較不同類(lèi)型土壤水稻產(chǎn)量為:黑土白漿土草甸土,下層土對(duì)水稻產(chǎn)量貢獻(xiàn)率分別為:黑土32.97%、白漿土6.32%、草甸土10.59%。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the relationship between paddy soil subsoil and rice root growth and yield in Northeast China, the effects of three types of paddy soil on rice root growth and yield were studied by using microregion test method, including white soil, black soil and meadow soil. The results showed that there were significant differences in root distribution density among different types of soils, among which the black soil meadow soil and alpine soil were not treated with lower soil, the total root length, root diameter, root diameter, total root length, root diameter, total root length and root diameter of rice were significantly different from each other. The number of root tip was significantly different among different types of soil, but the root total volume, surface area, dry weight, root / shoot ratio of all kinds of soils were higher than that of non-subsoil treatment, and the root volume, surface area, dry weight and ratio of root to shoot were different among different soils. There was a positive correlation between the vertical root length and rice yield, and the rice yield of different types of soil was compared as follows: black soil, clay soil, meadow soil, and lower soil contributed to rice yield, respectively: black soil 32.97, white soil 6.32, meadow soil 10.59.
