馬鈴薯連作對根際土壤微生物生理類群的影響

【摘要】:【目的】探討馬鈴薯連作對根際微生物生理類群的影響.【方法】以輪作(小麥)為對照,研究馬鈴薯連作1、3、5a根際土壤氨化細菌、亞硝化細菌、硝化細菌、纖維素厭氧細菌和好氧細菌的變化.【結果】種植小麥的輪作土壤細菌數(shù)量顯著高于馬鈴薯連作土壤.在馬鈴薯塊莖形成期土壤氨化細菌數(shù)量連作1a的比連作3a、連作5a的分別提高54.32%和224.68%,土壤硝化細菌數(shù)量連作1a的比連作3a、連作5a的分別提高42.86%和566.67%,土壤亞硝化細菌數(shù)量連作1a的比連作3a、連作5a的分別提高11.11%和104.08%.【結論】氨化細菌、硝化細菌、亞硝化細菌、好氧性纖維素分解菌和厭氧性纖維素分解菌的數(shù)量隨著連作年限的增加數(shù)量顯著減少.
[Abstract]:[objective] to study the effect of potato continuous cropping on rhizosphere microbial physiological group. [methods] the soil ammoniation bacteria, nitrite bacteria and nitrifying bacteria in rhizosphere soil of potato continuous cropping for 1 ~ 3 ~ 5 years were studied with rotation (wheat) as control. The change of cellulose anaerobic bacteria and aerobic bacteria. [results] the number of bacteria in wheat rotation soil was significantly higher than that in potato continuous cropping soil. The number of soil ammoniated bacteria in potato tuber formation stage was increased by 54.32% and 224.68% than that of continuous cropping for 1 year and 5 years, respectively. The number of nitrifying bacteria in soil was increased by 42.86% and 566.67% than that of continuous cropping for 1 year and 5 years, respectively, and the number of soil nitrifying bacteria was increased by 42.86% and 566.67% respectively in the period of potato tuber formation. The amount of continuous cropping for 1 year was 11.11% and 104.08% higher than that for 3 years and 5 years of continuous cropping respectively. [conclusion] ammoniated bacteria, The number of nitrifying bacteria, nitrifying bacteria, aerobic cellulose decomposing bacteria and anaerobic cellulose decomposing bacteria decreased significantly with the increase of continuous cropping years.
