【摘要】：正近年來(lái),食品中獸藥殘留及三聚氰胺污染等事件對(duì)我國(guó)人體健康、畜牧業(yè)生產(chǎn)、出口貿(mào)易造成巨大損失,快速準(zhǔn)確的檢測(cè)技術(shù)成為監(jiān)督和控制食品安全的關(guān)鍵。在此背景下,本項(xiàng)目組以三聚氰胺和90種15類(lèi)獸藥殘留為研究對(duì)象,依托國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金、國(guó)家質(zhì)檢總局項(xiàng)目等資金資助,進(jìn)行了一系列開(kāi)發(fā)研究。取得的成果為:(1)利用雜交瘤技術(shù)成功制備了特異性強(qiáng)、親合力高的三聚氰胺單克隆抗體,建立了低成本、便于產(chǎn)業(yè)化的三聚
[Abstract]:In recent years, veterinary drug residues in food and melamine pollution have caused great losses to human health, animal husbandry production and export trade in China. Rapid and accurate detection technology has become the key to supervise and control food safety.Under this background, the project group carried out a series of research on melamine and 90 kinds of 15 kinds of veterinary drug residues, supported by the National Natural Science Foundation and the project of the State Administration of quality Supervision and Supervision.The results obtained are as follows: (1) using hybridoma technique, we successfully prepared monoclonal antibodies against melamine with strong specificity and high affinity, and set up a low cost and convenient for industrialization of melamine monoclonal antibody.
