土壤濕度傳感器影響因素及補償方法研究

【摘要】:植物生長在土壤中,時刻需要土壤水分的供給,研究土壤的水分狀況對植物的生長具有重要意義。土壤濕度傳感器能實時監(jiān)測土壤含水量,越來越多的土壤濕度傳感器被用在農(nóng)業(yè)種植領(lǐng)域。土壤濕度傳感器的種類有多種,FDR土壤濕度傳感器具有使用簡單、實時性好等優(yōu)點,已廣泛應(yīng)用在土壤含水量檢測上。但是根據(jù)前人研究和用戶反應(yīng),FDR土壤濕度傳感器在使用過程中易受溫度、土壤硬度等因素影響,如果不對這些影響因素進行補償,勢必會對最后的測量結(jié)果產(chǎn)生影響,影響正確判斷土壤含水量的多少。在分析與研究了各種影響因素以后,本文重點研究了溫度對FDR土壤濕度傳感器的影響,采用二元回歸分析法和BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)法對其進行了溫度補償,并利用Matlab軟件進行了仿真。補償前傳感器的靈敏度溫度系數(shù)為3.9×10-3/℃,經(jīng)二元回歸分析法對傳感器進行溫度補償以后,傳感器的靈敏度溫度系數(shù)下降為1.3×10-3/℃;經(jīng)BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)法對傳感器進行溫度補償以后,傳感器的靈敏度溫度系數(shù)下降為5.85×10-4/℃。由此可以看出,經(jīng)兩種方法對FDR土壤濕度傳感器進行溫度補償以后,其靈敏度溫度系數(shù)有所降低,表明溫度穩(wěn)定性有了一定程度的提高。本文還對二元回歸分析法和BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)法的補償效果進行了對比,經(jīng)過對比發(fā)現(xiàn),二元回歸分析法的平均補償誤差為0.1224%,BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)補償法平均補償誤差為0.0548%,要比二元回歸分析補償法的低一個數(shù)量級,且BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)法的補償誤差要比二元回歸分析法的補償誤差分布要均勻。
[Abstract]:Plant growth in the soil, always need soil moisture supply, the study of soil moisture status is of great significance to plant growth.Soil moisture sensors can monitor soil moisture in real time. More and more soil moisture sensors are used in the field of agricultural planting.The kinds of soil moisture sensors have been widely used in soil moisture detection for their advantages of simple use and good real-time performance.However, according to previous research and user response, FDR soil moisture sensor is easily affected by temperature, soil hardness and other factors in the process of use. If these factors are not compensated, it will certainly have an impact on the final measurement results.The effect of water content on soil water content is correct.After analyzing and studying various influencing factors, the effect of temperature on FDR soil moisture sensor was studied in this paper.
