【摘要】：[目的]耕地整理適宜性評(píng)價(jià)是土地整治規(guī)劃的基礎(chǔ),可以為劃定耕地整理重點(diǎn)區(qū)域、確定耕地整理項(xiàng)目和整理時(shí)序提供依據(jù)。[方法]文章以位于太行山區(qū)的淶源縣為研究區(qū)域,以現(xiàn)狀耕地圖斑為評(píng)價(jià)單元,經(jīng)獨(dú)立性分析后選取地形坡度、表層土壤質(zhì)地、灌溉保證率、耕地系數(shù)、與道路距離、與城鎮(zhèn)中心距離、地質(zhì)災(zāi)害易發(fā)性7個(gè)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),運(yùn)用貝葉斯概率模型計(jì)算各指標(biāo)權(quán)重及未整理耕地的整理后驗(yàn)概率,并得到研究區(qū)未整理耕地的適宜性空間分布。同時(shí)根據(jù)改進(jìn)的障礙因子診斷模型,分析了各適宜整理區(qū)的障礙因子并提出相應(yīng)的整理措施。[結(jié)果](1)在影響淶源縣耕地整理的各因素中,影響程度從小到大依次是表層土壤質(zhì)地、與城鎮(zhèn)中心距離、耕地系數(shù)、地形坡度、與道路距離、地質(zhì)災(zāi)害易發(fā)性和灌溉保證率;(2)在淶源縣未整理耕地中,高適宜整理區(qū)與較適宜整理區(qū)占未整理耕地的20.79%,可作為淶源縣下一步耕地整理的選擇;(3)制約淶源縣全域耕地質(zhì)量的障礙因子是灌溉保證率,整理過程中應(yīng)根據(jù)實(shí)際情況科學(xué)尋找灌溉水源、結(jié)合地形條件采用蓄、引、提相結(jié)合的方式合理布設(shè)農(nóng)田水利設(shè)施,提高水資源利用率。[結(jié)論]該文可為太行山區(qū)更科學(xué)合理地開展耕地整理項(xiàng)目提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:[objective] the suitability evaluation of cultivated land consolidation is the basis of land regulation planning, which can provide the basis for delimiting the key area of cultivated land consolidation, determining the items and timing of farmland consolidation.[methods] Laiyuan County, located in Taihang Mountain area, was used as the research area and the plot of cultivated land as evaluation unit. After independent analysis, topographic slope, surface soil texture, irrigation guarantee rate, cultivated land coefficient and distance from road were selected.By using Bayesian probability model to calculate the weights of each index and the posteriori probability of unconsolidated cultivated land, the spatial distribution of suitability of unconsolidated cultivated land in the study area was obtained.At the same time, according to the improved diagnosis model of obstacle factors, the obstacle factors of each suitable finishing area are analyzed and the corresponding finishing measures are put forward.[results] among the factors affecting cultivated land consolidation in Laiyuan County, the order of influence was the surface soil texture, the distance from the center of the town to the town, the coefficient of cultivated land, the slope of topography, the distance from road to road,Geological hazards vulnerability and Irrigation guarantee rate in Laiyuan County has not been reorganized in cultivated land,High suitable consolidation area and more suitable finishing area account for 20.79% of unconsolidated cultivated land, which can be regarded as the next choice of cultivated land consolidation in Laiyuan County.) the obstacle factor restricting the quality of cultivated land in Laiyuan County is irrigation guarantee rate.In the process of arrangement, the irrigation water sources should be scientifically searched according to the actual conditions, and the storage, introduction and lifting should be adopted in combination with the topographic conditions, and the irrigation and water conservancy facilities should be set up reasonably to improve the utilization rate of water resources.Conclusion: this article can provide the basis for carrying out the project of farmland consolidation more scientifically and reasonably in Taihang Mountain area.
