水稻紋枯病生防菌的篩選與鑒定

【摘要】:從遼寧省、吉林省和黑龍江省多個地區(qū)采集水稻田土樣。采用3點平板對峙培養(yǎng)法、菌絲生長速率法和菌核萌發(fā)抑制法,綜合篩選對水稻紋枯病菌有生防作用的生防菌。結(jié)果表明:從土壤中分離獲得的211株生防菌中篩選出抑菌活性較高的1株真菌JLF6-2和3株細菌JLN3-2、SYN6-3及JLN3-8。4株生防菌株抑菌圈分別為38.30mm、18.30mm、33.30mm和22.50mm;菌絲生長抑制率分別為77.30%、63.29%、80.35%和100%;菌核萌發(fā)抑制率分別為86.67%、83.33%、80.00%和61.35%。經(jīng)離體試驗于接種水稻紋枯病菌前后不同時間噴施供試生防菌發(fā)酵濾液,結(jié)果對水稻紋枯病均有較高的防治效果。在保護處理中,生防菌株的防效為59.65%~94.92%,其中JLN3-2在24h的防效為94.92%;在治療處理中,生防菌株的防效為59.32%~74.58%,其中JLN3-2在8h的防效為74.58%。經(jīng)形態(tài)特征、生理生化特性和分子生物學鑒定結(jié)果表明:菌株JLF6-2為比萊青霉(Penicillium bilaiae);JLN3-2為紡錘形賴氨酸芽孢桿菌(Lysinibacillus fusiformis);SYN6-3為解淀粉芽孢桿菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens);JLN3-8為側(cè)孢短芽孢桿菌(Brevibacillus laterosporus)。
[Abstract]:Soil samples from paddy fields were collected from Liaoning Province, Jilin Province and Heilongjiang Province.Three point plate culture method, hyphal growth rate method and sclerotia germination inhibition method were used to screen biocontrol bacteria against Rhizoctonia solani.The results showed that one fungus JLF6-2, three strains JLN3-2SYN6-3 and three JLN3-8.4 biocontrol strains were selected from 211 strains of biocontrol, the inhibitory rates of mycelium growth were 77.30mm, 63.295mm and 80.35%, respectively, and the inhibitory circles of JLN3-8.4 strains were 38.30mm, 18.30mm, 33.30mm and 22.50mm, respectively, and the inhibition rates of mycelium growth were 77.30mm, 63.295mm and 80.35%, respectively.The inhibition rates of sclerotia germination were 86.67% and 61.35% respectively.After inoculation with Rhizoctonia solani in vitro, the fermentation filtrate was sprayed at different time before and after inoculation of rice sheath blight. The results showed that it had higher control effect on rice sheath blight.In the treatment of protection, the control effect of biocontrol strain was 59.65 ~ 94.922, in which the control effect of JLN3-2 in 24 hours was 94.92, and that of biocontrol strain in treatment was 59.32 ~ 74.58, among which the control effect of JLN3-2 at 8 h was 74.58.
