【摘要】：筆者查閱文獻(xiàn)確定了生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)的概念,根據(jù)文獻(xiàn)闡述了生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)的內(nèi)涵、生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)國內(nèi)外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及發(fā)展生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)的意義。通過對(duì)荒田村實(shí)地考察,并運(yùn)用多種方法收集資料,對(duì)荒田村當(dāng)?shù)鼗A(chǔ)情況進(jìn)行了描述和分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上為荒田村設(shè)計(jì)了一套系統(tǒng)而詳細(xì)的規(guī)劃方案。規(guī)劃的總體思路是以規(guī)�；i養(yǎng)殖場及沼氣工程基地為紐帶,以土地為基礎(chǔ)將種植和養(yǎng)殖結(jié)合起來。規(guī)�；i養(yǎng)殖及沼氣工程基地是整個(gè)生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)規(guī)劃的核心基地,選址在舊寨小組,占地面積為6公頃。除此之外,還有四個(gè)基地,它們是分別是36公頃的有機(jī)水稻基地,10公頃有機(jī)蔬菜基地,75.6公頃林下種植基地以及15公頃的林下養(yǎng)殖基地。荒田村發(fā)展生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)是一個(gè)系統(tǒng)的工程,不是短時(shí)間內(nèi)能完成的,因此將其建設(shè)過程分為了近期、中期和遠(yuǎn)期三個(gè)階段。這五大基地建設(shè)總投資預(yù)算為2426.084萬元,年管理運(yùn)行預(yù)估算費(fèi)用為1862.45萬元,預(yù)計(jì)年銷售額為2606.1萬元,由此可得三年以后可以收回投資成本,還能保證每年最少的743.65萬元純收益。除了能帶來較高的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益外,還有很高的生態(tài)效益和社會(huì)效益�；奶锎暹@一套發(fā)展生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)的規(guī)劃方案為整個(gè)高原地區(qū)發(fā)展生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)提供了理論模板,待到項(xiàng)目建成以后,將會(huì)帶動(dòng)周邊地區(qū)發(fā)展生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè),成為高原地區(qū)一個(gè)科技示范點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:The concept of ecological agriculture is determined by consulting the literature. The connotation of ecological agriculture, the present development situation of ecological agriculture at home and abroad and the significance of developing ecological agriculture are expounded according to the literature.Based on the field investigation and the collection of data by various methods, this paper describes and analyzes the local basic conditions of the village, and designs a set of systematic and detailed planning scheme for the village.The overall idea of the plan is to combine planting and breeding with land based on large-scale pig farms and biogas engineering bases.The large scale pig breeding and biogas engineering base is the core base of the whole ecological agriculture planning. It is located in the old village group and covers an area of 6 hectares.In addition, there are four bases. They are 36 hectares of organic rice, 10 hectares of organic vegetables, 75.6 hectares of undergrowth and 15 hectares of undergrowth.The development of ecological agriculture in wasteland is a systematic project, which can not be completed in a short time. Therefore, the construction process is divided into three stages: short, medium and long term.The total investment budget of the five bases is 24.26084 million yuan, the estimated cost of annual management and operation is 18.6245 million yuan, and the estimated annual sales volume is 26.061 million yuan. Thus, the investment cost can be recovered after three years and the net income of 7.4365 million yuan per year can be guaranteed at least.In addition to bringing higher economic benefits, there are also high ecological and social benefits.The plan of developing ecological agriculture provides a theoretical template for the development of ecological agriculture in the whole plateau area. After the completion of the project, it will lead the surrounding areas to develop ecological agriculture and become a scientific and technological demonstration site in the plateau area.
