【摘要】：正"渤海糧倉(cāng)科技示范工程"是由中國(guó)科學(xué)院李振聲院士倡導(dǎo),科技部、中國(guó)科學(xué)院聯(lián)合河北省、山東省、遼寧省和天津市共同實(shí)施的國(guó)家科技支撐項(xiàng)目。該項(xiàng)目面向國(guó)家糧食安全重大需求,針對(duì)環(huán)渤海中低產(chǎn)區(qū)淡水資源匱乏、土壤瘠薄、鹽堿等制約267萬(wàn)hm~2中低產(chǎn)田和67萬(wàn)hm~2鹽堿荒地的糧食生產(chǎn)問(wèn)題,依據(jù)"擴(kuò)面積、增單產(chǎn)、水保障、創(chuàng)高值"的糧食增產(chǎn)總體思路,充分發(fā)揮區(qū)域土地資源、咸水資源、降雨集中和充足的光照資源,以及該區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢(shì)
[Abstract]:The "Bohai granary Science and Technology demonstration Project" is a national science and technology support project jointly implemented by academician Li Zhensheng of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Hebei Province, Shandong Province, Liaoning Province and Tianjin City.In view of the shortage of fresh water resources, barren soil, saline-alkali and so on, which restrict the grain production of 2.67 million hm~2 low-yielding fields and 670000 hm~2 saline-alkali wasteland, the project aims at increasing the yield per unit according to the expansion of the area.Water security, creating a high value of "the overall idea of increasing grain production, giving full play to the regional land resources, salt water resources, rainfall concentration and sufficient light resources, as well as the region's rapid economic development advantages
