數(shù)字糧庫中便攜式智能檢測終端的研制

【摘要】:糧食的安全存儲(chǔ)是關(guān)乎國計(jì)民生的大問題,對(duì)于一個(gè)國家而言意義重大而深遠(yuǎn)。為了確保糧食的安全存儲(chǔ),糧情測控系統(tǒng)正在得到廣泛應(yīng)用。借助該系統(tǒng),糧倉管理員能夠及時(shí)掌握糧倉內(nèi)部的糧情信息,一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)異常,立刻采取相應(yīng)處理措施可最大限度降低損失。調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn),由于目前國內(nèi)的糧情測控系統(tǒng)普遍存在著過分依賴計(jì)算機(jī)終端、組網(wǎng)復(fù)雜、故障診斷難度大和成本高等缺點(diǎn),便攜式檢測終端正逐步走入測控應(yīng)用舞臺(tái)。針對(duì)現(xiàn)有便攜式檢測終端多存在功能簡單、采集方式單一、處理速度慢、界面顯示效果差等問題,本文結(jié)合ARM嵌入式技術(shù)、無線通信技術(shù)和數(shù)據(jù)容錯(cuò)技術(shù)等,研制了一種用于數(shù)字糧庫糧情檢測的便攜式智能檢測終端。該終端由數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)管理、觸摸屏顯示、數(shù)據(jù)采集等功能模塊構(gòu)成,涉及的主要研究工作概括如下。(1)針對(duì)單總線數(shù)字溫度傳感器DS18820地址碼易受外界干擾而丟失的問題,在對(duì)其實(shí)現(xiàn)編號(hào)功能的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一種在線檢錯(cuò)糾錯(cuò)方法。經(jīng)現(xiàn)場實(shí)測,該方法能夠診斷和排除電纜的故障類型,保障電纜的有效使用。(2)針對(duì)無線射頻模塊通信過程中存在的數(shù)據(jù)包丟失、重復(fù)以及失序等問題,結(jié)合CRC校驗(yàn)技術(shù)和超時(shí)重傳技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)了一種應(yīng)用層通信擴(kuò)展協(xié)議。經(jīng)現(xiàn)場實(shí)測,該協(xié)議能夠提升無線通信的可靠性、降低丟包率,并徹底消除數(shù)據(jù)重復(fù)和失序的現(xiàn)象。(3)通過移植μC/OS-Ⅲ操作系統(tǒng)和μC/GUI圖形用戶界面系統(tǒng),并結(jié)合STM32固件庫,設(shè)計(jì)的觸摸屏顯示模塊能夠提供豐富的操作功能,使得人機(jī)交互更為方便、快捷。(4)終端能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)有線和無線兩種方式的數(shù)據(jù)采集。有線方式可以實(shí)現(xiàn)8個(gè)通道的溫度傳感器和2個(gè)通道的濕度傳感器的數(shù)據(jù)采集;無線方式主要是通過無線射頻模塊采集測控分機(jī)上連接的傳感器節(jié)點(diǎn),可以實(shí)現(xiàn)16個(gè)通道的溫度傳感器和2個(gè)通道的濕度傳感器的數(shù)據(jù)采集。本文研制的便攜式智能檢測終端,不但克服了現(xiàn)有類似產(chǎn)品存在的不足,而且作為糧情測控系統(tǒng)的有益補(bǔ)充,提高了測控工作的靈活性。目前,該終端已在數(shù)字糧庫中推廣應(yīng)用,大量現(xiàn)場測試結(jié)果表明,所有功能正常穩(wěn)定,能夠有效提高糧倉的管理效率,對(duì)糧食的安全存儲(chǔ)工作具有十分重要的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The safe storage of grain is a big problem related to national economy and people's livelihood, which is of great significance to a country.In order to ensure the safe storage of grain, grain situation measurement and control system is widely used.With the help of the system, the granary administrator can grasp the grain situation information in time, and once the anomaly is found, the corresponding measures can be taken to minimize the loss.It is found that because of the disadvantages of over-reliance on computer terminal, complex network, high difficulty of fault diagnosis and high cost, portable detection terminal is gradually entering the application stage of measurement and control.In view of the problems of simple function, single acquisition mode, slow processing speed and poor interface display effect in the existing portable detection terminals, this paper combines ARM embedded technology, wireless communication technology and data fault-tolerant technology, etc.A portable intelligent detection terminal for grain condition detection in digital grain depot is developed.The terminal is composed of function modules such as data storage management, touch screen display, data acquisition and so on. The main research work involved is as follows: 1) aiming at the problem that the DS18820 address code of single bus digital temperature sensor is easily lost by outside interference,On the basis of realizing the numbering function, an online error detection and correction method is proposed.The field measurement shows that this method can diagnose and eliminate the fault type of cable and ensure the effective use of cable. It can solve the problems of packet loss, repetition and disorder in the communication process of radio frequency module.An application layer communication extension protocol is designed based on CRC verification and timeout retransmission.Field measurement shows that the protocol can improve the reliability of wireless communication, reduce packet loss rate, and eliminate data duplication and disorder completely.
