【摘要】：氣候變化加劇了高寒生態(tài)脆弱區(qū)農(nóng)戶的生計脆弱性,為應(yīng)對氣候變化,農(nóng)戶已采取了各種響應(yīng)措施,當(dāng)前急需評估農(nóng)戶所采取適應(yīng)策略的效果,以便選擇更有效的適應(yīng)策略。以甘南高原為研究區(qū),基于入戶調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)分析了農(nóng)戶所采取適應(yīng)策略的特征,采用模糊綜合評價法分析現(xiàn)行適應(yīng)策略的效果,并利用多準(zhǔn)則決策模型確定了最優(yōu)的氣候變化適應(yīng)策略。結(jié)果顯示:(1)甘南高原農(nóng)戶多采取組合型策略應(yīng)對氣候變化,尤以調(diào)整+擴張型策略為主;(2)甘南高原農(nóng)戶所采取氣候變化適應(yīng)策略的效果較好,效益指數(shù)為3.43。其中,農(nóng)區(qū)農(nóng)戶的適應(yīng)策略效果最好、半農(nóng)半牧區(qū)次之、純牧區(qū)最差;(3)甘南高原不同區(qū)域農(nóng)戶篩選的最優(yōu)策略存在差異。其中,純牧區(qū)和半農(nóng)半牧區(qū)農(nóng)戶篩選的最優(yōu)策略為調(diào)整農(nóng)牧業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),而農(nóng)區(qū)農(nóng)戶為完善農(nóng)牧業(yè)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施。最后,提出了提高農(nóng)戶適應(yīng)策略效果的對策建議及未來研究中需進一步關(guān)注的問題。
[Abstract]:Climate change has aggravated the livelihood vulnerability of farmers in the vulnerable areas of alpine ecology. In order to cope with climate change, farmers have taken various response measures. It is urgent to evaluate the effect of adaptation strategies adopted by farmers in order to choose more effective adaptation strategies.Taking the Gannan Plateau as the research area, based on the data of household survey, the characteristics of the adaptation strategies adopted by farmers were analyzed, and the effect of current adaptation strategies was analyzed by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The optimal climate change adaptation strategy is determined by using the multi-criteria decision-making model.The results showed that: 1) the farmers in Gannan Plateau mostly adopted combination strategy to deal with climate change, especially the expansion strategy. 2) the effect of climate change adaptation strategy adopted by farmers in Gannan Plateau was better, and the benefit index was 3.43.Among them, farmers' adaptation strategies were the best in agricultural areas, followed by semi-agricultural and semi-pastoral areas, and worst in pure pastoral areas. (3) there were differences in the optimal strategies of farmers in different regions of Gannan Plateau.Among them, the optimal strategy for the screening of farmers in pure pastoral areas and semi-agricultural and semi-pastoral areas is to adjust the structure of agriculture and animal husbandry, while the farmers in agricultural areas are to improve the infrastructure of agriculture and animal husbandry.Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the effect of farmers' adaptation strategies are put forward and the problems needing further attention in future research are put forward.
