高塔有機(jī)保水肥的研發(fā)與試產(chǎn)

【摘要】:本文針對(duì)高塔有機(jī)保水肥的研發(fā)與試制進(jìn)行了研究。論文作者通過(guò)大量的理論分析與實(shí)踐驗(yàn)證,以丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺為主要原料,試制出具有較高吸水倍率和較好耐鹽性的保水劑材料。同時(shí),以廉價(jià)的風(fēng)化煤(褐煤)為原料,通過(guò)工藝選擇和操作優(yōu)化,對(duì)風(fēng)化煤進(jìn)行了氨化,成功制作出具備理想水溶率和較高經(jīng)濟(jì)性的腐植酸銨,與保水劑一起,作為高塔有機(jī)保水肥的半成品備用。由于高塔有機(jī)保水肥與普通高塔肥原料性能的差異,需要對(duì)原高塔生產(chǎn)設(shè)施進(jìn)行技改。通過(guò)增加粉體加熱器、細(xì)破等改造手段,使高塔生產(chǎn)設(shè)施具備生產(chǎn)高塔有機(jī)保水肥的能力,并通過(guò)市場(chǎng)調(diào)研和相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn),確定了試制品品規(guī),及保水劑等材料的使用量,制定了生產(chǎn)配比及各工藝崗位的操作指標(biāo),較為順利地完成了試產(chǎn)工作。試制品的檢測(cè)結(jié)果標(biāo)明,保水劑、有機(jī)質(zhì)與氮磷鉀無(wú)機(jī)鹽實(shí)現(xiàn)了較為理想的復(fù)合。高塔有機(jī)保水肥在保持氮磷鉀無(wú)機(jī)鹽肥效的基礎(chǔ)上,具備了對(duì)土壤的活化和保水功能。然后,通過(guò)大田肥效實(shí)驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證了高塔有機(jī)保水肥的肥效。與不施用肥料及施用普通高塔肥料相比,高塔有機(jī)保水肥對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)品種魯引1號(hào)馬鈴薯的增產(chǎn)率分別達(dá)到57.7%和20.2%,肥效較為理想。最后,通過(guò)對(duì)高塔有機(jī)保水肥的經(jīng)濟(jì)性分析,較高的投入產(chǎn)出比驗(yàn)證了該新型肥料的合理性和可行性。研發(fā)試產(chǎn)工作達(dá)到預(yù)期,順利結(jié)題。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the R & D and trial production of high tower organic fertilizer for water conservation were studied.Through a lot of theoretical analysis and practical verification, the author has developed a water retaining agent with high absorbency and good salt tolerance with acrylic acid and acrylamide as the main raw materials.At the same time, with cheap weathered coal (lignite) as raw material, the weathered coal was ammoniated through process selection and operation optimization, and the ammonium humate with ideal water solubility and high economy was successfully prepared, together with water-retaining agent.Set aside as a semi-finished product of high tower organic moisture and fertilizer.Because of the difference of raw material performance between high tower organic fertilizer and common tower fertilizer, it is necessary to carry out technical renovation of the original tower production facilities.By increasing powder heater, fine breaking and so on, the tower production facilities have the ability to produce high tower organic water and fertilizer. Through market research and related experiments, the amount of materials used in the test products, such as product specifications and water-retaining agents, has been determined.The production ratio and operation index of each process post were worked out, and the trial production work was completed smoothly.The test results show that the water-retaining agent, organic matter and nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium inorganic salts have achieved a more ideal combination.On the basis of maintaining the efficiency of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium inorganic salts, the high tower organic water-conserving fertilizer has the function of activating and retaining water to the soil.Then, the effect of high tower organic water conservation fertilizer was verified by field fertilizer efficiency experiment.Compared with no fertilizer and common high tower fertilizer, the yield increase rate of potato Luyin 1 was 57.7% and 20.2%, respectively, and the fertilizer efficiency was better than that of high tower organic water-conserving fertilizer.Finally, the rationality and feasibility of the new fertilizer are verified by the economic analysis of the high tower organic water and fertilizer.Research and development trial production to meet expectations, a smooth conclusion.
