不同菌種組合對(duì)發(fā)酵殘余物好氧堆肥進(jìn)程及氮素變化的影響

【摘要】:適宜菌劑組合對(duì)于初始電導(dǎo)率(Electronic conductivity,EC)較高的發(fā)酵殘余物二次干化腐熟效果具有重要影響。通過在發(fā)酵殘余物(豬場(chǎng)沼渣、城市生活污泥)好氧發(fā)酵過程中添加不同菌種組合,研究堆肥腐熟指標(biāo)變化,特別是不同形態(tài)氮素指標(biāo)變化,以期更好提升發(fā)酵殘余物的干化和腐熟程度。結(jié)果表明:F3菌劑組合處理高溫期達(dá)16 d,最高溫度為69.5℃,最早進(jìn)入腐熟階段,全氮損失比例最少,為8.72%;對(duì)照組在高溫期(14 d、69.3℃)及全氮損失比例(9.21%)指標(biāo)上僅低于F3處理組,表明自然堆體存在耐鹽菌種;在促進(jìn)堆肥腐熟效果方面,霉菌起著關(guān)鍵的作用,堆肥后期酵母菌的存在促進(jìn)堆體腐熟度的提升;菌種比例和種類的合理設(shè)置對(duì)于堆體腐熟度提高的重要性要高于活菌添加量;在堆肥保氮過程中,真菌(霉菌和酵母菌)起著重要作用。F3處理(即芽孢桿菌∶霉菌∶酵母菌=1∶2∶2),是實(shí)現(xiàn)發(fā)酵殘余物快速高效堆肥的理想菌劑配方,其他復(fù)配菌種組合保氮效果改良側(cè)重點(diǎn)各不相同。
[Abstract]:The suitable combination of fungicides has an important effect on the secondary drying of fermentation residues with high initial conductivity Electronic conductivity EC.The different combinations of bacteria were added to the aerobic fermentation process of fermentation residues (biogas residue of pig farm, municipal sewage sludge). The changes of maturity index of compost, especially the change of nitrogen index of different forms, were studied in order to improve the drying and maturation degree of fermentation residue.
