【摘要】：為了對(duì)農(nóng)戶水資源管理政策認(rèn)知進(jìn)行解釋,文中提出水資源短缺的農(nóng)戶感知,對(duì)民勤水資源短缺的農(nóng)戶感知特征及區(qū)域差異化表現(xiàn)進(jìn)行描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,并運(yùn)用列聯(lián)表分析方法對(duì)水資源短缺的農(nóng)戶感知與水資源管理政策認(rèn)知的關(guān)系進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果顯示:(1)水資源短缺的農(nóng)戶感知表現(xiàn)出十分短缺、相對(duì)短缺、季節(jié)性短缺和不短缺四種狀態(tài),60%的農(nóng)戶認(rèn)為水資源不短缺。(2)水資源短缺的農(nóng)戶感知具有顯著的區(qū)域差異化特征,不同灌區(qū)之間分布差異較大。(3)水資源短缺的農(nóng)戶感知對(duì)水資源管理政策認(rèn)知產(chǎn)生影響,二者之間存在顯著關(guān)聯(lián)性。水資源與社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)息息相關(guān),關(guān)注農(nóng)戶水資源管理政策認(rèn)知的內(nèi)在動(dòng)因,進(jìn)行水資源自然供給與經(jīng)濟(jì)供給的宣傳,自下而上的完善水資源管理政策,對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)水資源優(yōu)化利用具有重要的實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:In order to explain the policy cognition of water resources management of farmers, this paper puts forward the perception of water resources shortage, and makes a descriptive statistical analysis on the perception characteristics and regional differences of water resources shortage in Minqin. The relationship between farmers' perception of water resources shortage and water resources management policy cognition is studied by using the method of column table analysis. The results show that the perception of water shortage farmers is very short and relatively short. 60% of the farmers think that there is no shortage of water resources. 2) the perception of the farmers with shortage of water resources has significant regional differences. The perception of water shortage has a significant influence on the policy cognition of water resources management, and there is a significant correlation between them. Water resources are closely related to social and economic development and ecological environment protection. It is of great practical significance to realize the optimal utilization of water resources by paying close attention to the intrinsic motivation of farmers' water resources management policy, propagating the natural and economic supply of water resources, and perfecting the water resources management policies from the bottom up to the top.
