多時(shí)相高分一號(hào)影像在丘陵地區(qū)大宗農(nóng)作物提取中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:【目的】基于多時(shí)相的高分一號(hào)(GF-1)影像,利用面向地塊對(duì)象分類法提取廣西崇左市江州區(qū)大宗農(nóng)作物種植面積,為南方多云雨丘陵地區(qū)提取作物信息提供參考!痉椒ā恳2 m分辨率的GF-1影像為數(shù)據(jù)源,采用人機(jī)交互的方式準(zhǔn)確識(shí)別地表覆蓋的地塊信息,基于對(duì)多時(shí)相GF-1影像進(jìn)行云影檢測,并處理生成影像的光譜、歸一化植被指數(shù)(NDVI)、亮度等特征,采用面向地塊對(duì)象的分類方法提取甘蔗、水稻和香蕉的作物信息。【結(jié)果】根據(jù)混淆矩陣評(píng)價(jià)分類的結(jié)果可知,提取大宗農(nóng)作物的總體精度為90.08%,Kappa系數(shù)達(dá)0.85,滿足農(nóng)業(yè)成果應(yīng)用的精度要求。【結(jié)論】利用有效影像數(shù)據(jù),結(jié)合地塊數(shù)據(jù)完成作物信息提取,該技術(shù)方法能夠準(zhǔn)確提取丘陵地區(qū)大宗農(nóng)作物信息,為解決南方多云雨丘陵地區(qū)提取作物信息難題提供了有效途徑。
[Abstract]:[objective] based on the multitemporal GF-1 image, the large crop planting area in Jiangzhou area, Chongzuo City, Guangxi was extracted by using the massive-oriented object classification method. This paper provides a reference for the extraction of crop information in the southern cloudy and rainy hilly areas. [methods] based on 2 m resolution GF-1 image as data source, human-computer interaction is used to accurately identify the land cover information. Based on the cloud image detection of multitemporal GF-1 image and the spectral processing of the generated image, normalized vegetation index (NDVI), brightness and other features, sugarcane was extracted by using the classification method oriented to field objects. [results] according to the results of the confusion matrix evaluation and classification, the total precision of extracting large crops was 90.08 and the Kappa coefficient was 0.85, which met the precision requirements of agricultural application. [conclusion] effective image data were used. The method can extract crop information accurately in hilly area, and it provides an effective way to solve the problem of crop information extraction in the southern cloudy and rainy hilly area.
