黃土高原水蝕風(fēng)蝕交錯(cuò)區(qū)蘚結(jié)皮對(duì)土壤酶活性的影響

【摘要】:以黃土高原水蝕風(fēng)蝕交錯(cuò)區(qū)黃綿土和風(fēng)沙土上發(fā)育30年的典型蘚結(jié)皮為對(duì)象,分6層采集0~12 cm土層土樣,研究了蘚結(jié)皮對(duì)不同土層4種水解酶活性的影響及其與土壤養(yǎng)分的關(guān)系.結(jié)果表明:與無結(jié)皮相比,黃綿土蘚結(jié)皮的脲酶、堿性磷酸酶、蔗糖酶和蛋白酶活性分別提升了2.4、7.6、20.7、2.4倍,而風(fēng)沙土蘚結(jié)皮的這4種水解酶活性分別提升了3.5、22.2、22.3、2.0倍;黃綿土和風(fēng)沙土蘚結(jié)皮的體積含水量分別降低了6.5%和0.8%,溫度分別降低了0.8和2.5℃;黃綿土蘚結(jié)皮的有機(jī)質(zhì)、堿解氮和速效磷含量分別提升了2.5、2.9和3.6倍,風(fēng)沙土分別提升了3.6、3.0和6.6倍.4種水解酶的活性與土壤養(yǎng)分含量呈顯著正相關(guān),與土壤含水量呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān);而土壤溫度與脲酶活性呈顯著正相關(guān),與蛋白酶活性呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān).黃土高原水蝕風(fēng)蝕交錯(cuò)區(qū)2種土壤蘚結(jié)皮均能顯著提升水解酶活性,這是蘚結(jié)皮加速土壤養(yǎng)分周轉(zhuǎn)的重要因素;通過改變土壤含水量和溫度等酶促反應(yīng)條件間接影響酶活性,是蘚結(jié)皮促進(jìn)土壤酶活性的重要途徑.
[Abstract]:Taking the typical mossy crust developed for 30 years on loess spongy soil and wind-sand soil in the crisscross area of water erosion and wind erosion on the Loess Plateau, the soil samples of 0 ~ 12 cm soil layer were collected in 6 layers. The effects of moss crust on the activities of four hydrolases in different soil layers and their relationship with soil nutrients were studied. The results showed that the activities of urease, alkaline phosphatase, sucrase and protease were 2.4 times higher than those without crust, respectively. However, the activities of these four hydrolases increased by 3.522. 2 ~ 22. 3 times, respectively, and the volume water content of sphagnum crusts decreased by 6. 5% and 0. 8%, respectively, and the temperature decreased by 0. 8 and 2. 5 鈩,
