【摘要】：改革開放以來(lái),隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展和農(nóng)村改革的不斷深入,在城鎮(zhèn)化和新農(nóng)村建設(shè)推進(jìn)過程中,不管是小城鎮(zhèn)還是沒有被城鎮(zhèn)化的農(nóng)村都出現(xiàn)了環(huán)境問題。目前,我國(guó)已經(jīng)進(jìn)入了建設(shè)美麗中國(guó)的新時(shí)期,農(nóng)村環(huán)境問題尤為突出,近幾年也受到國(guó)家的重視。但是農(nóng)村環(huán)境保護(hù)的態(tài)勢(shì)仍舊很嚴(yán)重,在特大城市周邊地區(qū)的農(nóng)村,它的發(fā)展深深地受到了城市發(fā)展的輻射、吸引。在特大城市周邊地區(qū)農(nóng)村快速發(fā)展的同時(shí),農(nóng)村的環(huán)境也出現(xiàn)了許多不和諧因素,如農(nóng)村城鎮(zhèn)化中小城鎮(zhèn)的環(huán)境與人民的需求不匹配,未被城鎮(zhèn)化的傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)村的環(huán)境和諧被破壞,這些都是困擾我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的問題。首先特大城市周邊地區(qū)農(nóng)村由于受到特大城市城中心的輻射和吸引,較其他城市農(nóng)村而言展現(xiàn)出了不同的特點(diǎn),在城鎮(zhèn)化的這個(gè)大背景下,依據(jù)城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中農(nóng)村的不同形態(tài)將農(nóng)村分為小城鎮(zhèn)、“空心村”和傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)村。再者針對(duì)農(nóng)村的分類分別探討農(nóng)村環(huán)境的影響因素。根據(jù)因素研究的一些原則并結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)研究和專家打分兩種研究方法探討出小城鎮(zhèn)的環(huán)境影響因素由經(jīng)濟(jì)因素(4個(gè)指標(biāo))、規(guī)劃因素(3個(gè)指標(biāo))、發(fā)展因素(4個(gè)指標(biāo))和社會(huì)因素(4個(gè)指標(biāo))構(gòu)成�！翱招拇濉钡沫h(huán)境影響因素由經(jīng)濟(jì)因素(3個(gè)指標(biāo))、制度因素(4個(gè)指標(biāo))、社會(huì)因素(5個(gè)指標(biāo))構(gòu)成。傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)村環(huán)境影響因素由生活因素(3個(gè)指標(biāo))、生產(chǎn)因素(3個(gè)指標(biāo))、設(shè)施因素(4個(gè)指標(biāo))、環(huán)保意識(shí)因素(3個(gè)指標(biāo))、環(huán)境管理因素(2個(gè)指標(biāo))構(gòu)成。最后對(duì)天津農(nóng)村進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)研,研究其農(nóng)村環(huán)境影響因素。問卷設(shè)計(jì)緊緊圍繞獲取特大城市周邊地區(qū)農(nóng)村環(huán)境影響因素這一目標(biāo)進(jìn)行,從問卷數(shù)據(jù)處理結(jié)果中可以看出天津農(nóng)村三種形態(tài)中環(huán)境影響因素的影響程度排序,并依據(jù)排序給出了今后農(nóng)村環(huán)境建設(shè)的一些建議。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, with the rapid development of social economy and the deepening of rural reform, environmental problems have emerged in the process of urbanization and new rural construction, whether small towns or villages that have not been urbanized. At present, China has entered a new period of building a beautiful China, the rural environmental problems are particularly prominent, and in recent years, the state has also attached importance to them. However, the situation of rural environmental protection is still very serious, in the rural areas around mega-cities, Its development has been deeply influenced by the radiation of urban development and attracted by the rapid development of rural areas around mega-cities. At the same time, many disharmonious factors have also appeared in the rural environment. For example, the environment of small and medium-sized cities and towns in rural areas does not match the needs of the people, and the environmental harmony of the traditional rural areas, which has not been urbanized, has been destroyed. These are the problems that haunt the development of urbanization in our country. First of all, the rural areas around mega-cities show different characteristics compared with other urban and rural areas because of the radiation and attraction from megacities. Under the background of urbanization, The rural areas are divided into small towns, "hollow villages" and traditional rural areas according to different forms of rural areas in the process of urbanization. Furthermore, the factors affecting the rural environment are discussed according to the classification of rural areas. The environmental impact factors of small towns are composed of economic factors (4 indicators), planning factors (3 indicators), development factors (4 indicators) and social factors (4 indicators). " The environmental factors of hollow villages are composed of economic factors (3 indicators), institutional factors (4 indicators) and social factors (5 indicators). Traditional rural environmental factors are composed of life factors (3 indicators) and production factors (3 indicators). The factors of environmental protection awareness (3 indicators) and environmental management factors (2 indicators) are as follows. Finally, a questionnaire survey was carried out in the rural areas of Tianjin. The questionnaire design revolves around the goal of obtaining rural environmental impact factors in the surrounding areas of mega-cities. From the results of questionnaire data processing, we can see the degree of influence of environmental factors in three forms of rural areas in Tianjin, and give some suggestions for the construction of rural environment in the future.
