強化堆料徑向流動好氧堆肥反應器設計及性能

【摘要】:堆肥過程中物料存在混合不均、曝氣不充分及發(fā)酵不徹底等問題,制約了有機物料有效生物轉化。為此,研制了一種新型槳式曝氣攪拌堆肥反應器。裝置內(nèi)的上、中、下層內(nèi)設6個附有槳葉的攪拌槳,每個槳葉表面安置徑向撥片,可有效增加堆肥物料的徑向流動,從而使物料與空氣充分接觸。以牛糞、秸稈、麥麩與沼液為原料進行批式好氧堆肥試驗,結果表明:該堆肥反應器可有效實現(xiàn)攪拌、曝氣通風同步進行功能;罐體內(nèi)堆料各層維持50℃以上天數(shù)分別達到6.8、5.6、3.9天;各層物料種子發(fā)芽指數(shù)(GI)均值達到91.03%,可有效地實現(xiàn)混合物料堆肥無害化目標。
[Abstract]:In the process of composting, there are some problems such as uneven mixing of materials, inadequate aeration and incomplete fermentation, which restrict the effective bioconversion of organic materials. Therefore, a new type of paddle aerated stirred composting reactor is developed. Six impellers with blades are arranged in the lower layer, each blade surface is placed with radial pluck, which can effectively increase the radial flow of compost material, thus making the material in full contact with air. The batch aerobic composting test was carried out with wheat bran and biogas liquid as raw materials. The results showed that the composting reactor could effectively realize stirring and aeration ventilation synchronously, and the days of maintaining each layer of material in the tank over 50 鈩,
