【摘要】：本文從三步七點(diǎn)法的角度對(duì)查新過程進(jìn)行剖析。其中,三個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)為:了解項(xiàng)目,提煉查新點(diǎn);檢索對(duì)比分析文獻(xiàn);新穎性判斷與結(jié)論撰寫。七個(gè)關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)為:確定創(chuàng)新形式;明確項(xiàng)目查新目的;總結(jié)技術(shù)特征,確定查新點(diǎn);制定檢索策略;檢索文獻(xiàn)分析比較;把握新穎性的判斷原則;對(duì)查新點(diǎn)新穎性逐條判斷,撰寫查新結(jié)論。最后結(jié)合兩個(gè)查新案例,重點(diǎn)對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)科技項(xiàng)目創(chuàng)新形式、查新目的、新穎性判斷和結(jié)論撰寫進(jìn)行論述。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the process of novelty retrieval from the point of view of three-step and seven-point method. Among them, three links are as follows: understanding the project, refining the novelty point, retrieving the comparative analysis literature, judging novelty and writing the conclusion. The seven key points are: to determine the innovative form; Define the purpose of item novelty search; summarize technical characteristics, determine novelty points; formulate retrieval strategies; analysis and comparison of retrieval documents; grasp the judgment principle of novelty; judge novelty of novelty points one by one. In the end, combining with two cases of novelty searching, the paper mainly discusses the innovative form, purpose, novelty judgment and conclusion writing of agricultural science and technology project.
