【摘要】：正農(nóng)作物面積遙感測量工作是運用現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)進行農(nóng)作物播種面積遙感測量,是第三次全國農(nóng)業(yè)普查工作的新突破,此項工作技術(shù)要求高,現(xiàn)場調(diào)查難度較大。由國家統(tǒng)計局各調(diào)查總隊組織實施,具體實地測量工作需要各基層調(diào)查隊來完成,這既是對基層調(diào)查隊的莫大信任,同時也是對基層調(diào)查隊的一次大檢閱。本文僅就基層調(diào)查隊如何精心組織、統(tǒng)籌安排,采取得力措施確保農(nóng)普遙感工作高質(zhì)量、嚴要求、合標準順利完成任務(wù),淺談幾點體會。
[Abstract]:The current remote sensing measurement of crop area is a new breakthrough in the third national agricultural census, which uses modern information technology to measure the planting area of crops. The technical requirements of this work are high. The investigation on the spot is quite difficult. It is organized and implemented by the investigation headquarters of the National Bureau of Statistics, and the specific field measurement work needs to be completed by the grass-roots investigation teams. This is not only a great trust in the grass-roots investigation teams, At the same time, it is also a great review of the grass-roots investigation team. This paper discusses only how the grass-roots investigation team should be organized meticulously, arranged as a whole, and take effective measures to ensure the high quality, strict requirement and standard of the remote sensing work in the rural areas.
