一株可同時(shí)降解毒死蜱和聯(lián)苯菊酯降解菌的篩選鑒定及其降解特性初探

【摘要】:[目的]篩選及鑒定一株可同時(shí)降解毒死蜱和聯(lián)苯菊酯的降解菌,分析其降解特性。[方法]通過(guò)富集培養(yǎng)從污染淤泥中分離降解菌,經(jīng)形態(tài)學(xué)特征和16S r DNA序列分析和同源性分析方法,鑒定菌株的分類。通過(guò)改變培養(yǎng)條件的單因素的試驗(yàn),分析初始接種量、溫度、p H值和農(nóng)藥初始質(zhì)量濃度對(duì)聯(lián)合降解的影響。通過(guò)GC-MS等分析其主要代謝產(chǎn)物。[結(jié)果]降解菌為寡養(yǎng)單胞菌(Stenotrophomonas sp.),降解菌可以單獨(dú)或者混合降解毒死蜱和聯(lián)苯菊酯,通過(guò)單因素試驗(yàn)研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)降解菌混合降解的最優(yōu)條件:接種菌的最佳初始濃度OD_(600)值為0.5,p H值為7.0,溫度為30℃,2種農(nóng)藥初始質(zhì)量濃度為10 mg/L。毒死蜱的主要代謝產(chǎn)物為3,5,6-TCP,聯(lián)苯菊酯的主要代謝產(chǎn)物為2-甲基-3-聯(lián)苯甲醇。[結(jié)論]降解菌對(duì)環(huán)境中毒死蜱和聯(lián)苯菊酯的生物降解具有較好的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:[objective] to screen and identify a biodegradable strain of chlorpyrifos and bifenthrin simultaneously and analyze its degradation characteristics. The taxonomy of the strains was identified by morphological characteristics, 16s r DNA sequence analysis and homology analysis. The initial inoculation amount was analyzed by changing the single factor test of culture conditions. The effect of temperature pH value and initial mass concentration of pesticide on the combined degradation was studied. The main metabolites were analyzed by GC-MS et al. [results] the degrading bacteria were Stenotrophomonas sp., and the degrading bacteria could be used to degrade chlorpyrifos and bifenthrin alone or in mixture. Through a single factor test, It was found that the optimum conditions for mixed degradation of biodegradable bacteria were as follows: the optimum initial concentration of ODS600 for inoculation bacteria was 0.5 渭 p H = 7.0, the initial mass concentration of two pesticides was 10 mg / L at 30 鈩,
