城鎮(zhèn)污泥蚯蚓堆肥硝化進程及其影響因素

【摘要】:硝化是城鎮(zhèn)污泥蚯蚓堆肥穩(wěn)定化的最后一個階段,研究硝化進程及其影響因素對減少蚯蚓堆肥過程中的NH_4~+積累、氮素損失和加快蚯蚓堆肥穩(wěn)定化過程具有重要意義.文章考察了蚯蚓生物量、環(huán)境溫度以及好氧條件對蚯蚓堆肥NH_4~+、NO_3~-變化的影響.結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),蚯蚓生物量對NH_4~+、NO_3~-含量變化影響較大,并存在顯著的躍變特點,即當蚯蚓生物量超過一定數(shù)量時,會顯著加快氨化和硝化速率.環(huán)境溫度顯著影響堆肥氨化作用,影響大小順序為25℃20℃15℃;環(huán)境溫度僅對蚯蚓堆肥硝化速率產(chǎn)生影響,但不改變堆肥的硝化進程.蚯蚓堆肥好氧條件對硝化影響大于對氨化的影響,好氧條件優(yōu)劣不但影響硝化進程還影響硝化速率,氧環(huán)境條件好的蚯蚓堆肥硝化進程啟動早,硝化速率高.
[Abstract]:Nitrification is the last stage of stabilization of earthworm compost from urban sludge. The process of nitrification and its influencing factors on reducing NH4 ~ accumulation in earthworm compost were studied. Nitrogen loss and accelerating the stabilization process of earthworm compost are of great significance. The effects of earthworm biomass, environmental temperature and aerobic conditions on the changes of NH _ 4 ~ no _ 3- in earthworm compost were investigated. The effect of earthworm biomass on NH _ 4 ~ no _ 3 ~ + content was significant, and there was a significant jump characteristic, that is, when the biomass of earthworm exceeded a certain amount, the rate of ammoniation and nitrification would be significantly accelerated, and the environmental temperature significantly affected the ammoniation of compost.
