萘對川西亞高山森林土壤呼吸、養(yǎng)分和酶活性的影響

【摘要】:萘作為土壤動(dòng)物化學(xué)抑制劑已在土壤動(dòng)物生態(tài)功能的研究中廣泛使用,但其非目標(biāo)效應(yīng)使其應(yīng)用仍存在很大的不確定性.為了了解在亞高山森林土壤應(yīng)用萘抑制土壤動(dòng)物群落是否存在非目標(biāo)效應(yīng),以青藏高原東緣的川西亞高山森林土壤為研究對象,采用微縮試驗(yàn)研究了萘對土壤呼吸速率、養(yǎng)分含量和酶活性的短期影響.結(jié)果表明:萘處理顯著抑制了培養(yǎng)0~10 d的土壤呼吸速率,隨后(24~52 d)表現(xiàn)出明顯的促進(jìn)作用.萘處理顯著影響了土壤銨態(tài)氮和硝態(tài)氮含量的動(dòng)態(tài)變化,萘處理銨態(tài)氮和硝態(tài)氮含量分別以培養(yǎng)的3和17 d最高,對照則以培養(yǎng)的45 d和結(jié)束時(shí)的52 d最高.萘處理土壤可溶性碳含量在培養(yǎng)3 d急劇增加后迅速降低,對照則略有升高后降低,而萘處理和對照的可溶性氮含量均表現(xiàn)為先升高后降低.萘處理和對照的土壤酶活性均具相似的動(dòng)態(tài)規(guī)律,兩者的脲酶、硝酸還原酶和亞硝酸還原酶活性分別在培養(yǎng)45、38和10 d至最高.萘處理和采樣時(shí)間的交互作用顯著影響了土壤呼吸速率,以及土壤銨態(tài)氮、硝態(tài)氮和可溶性氮含量,但對可溶性碳含量、蔗糖酶、硝酸還原酶和亞硝酸還原酶活性的影響不顯著.萘作為驅(qū)蟲劑的非目標(biāo)效應(yīng)可能在短期內(nèi)對川西亞高山森林土壤的氮循環(huán)過程產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)烈的影響.
[Abstract]:Naphthalene, as a soil animal chemical inhibitor, has been widely used in the study of the ecological function of soil animals. However, its application is still uncertain due to its non-target effect. In order to find out whether there is a non-target effect in subalpine forest soil using naphthalene to inhibit soil animal community, The soil respiration rate of naphthalene on the eastern edge of Qinghai-Xizang Plateau was studied by microscale experiment. The results showed that naphthalene treatment significantly inhibited soil respiration rate for 10 days. Naphthalene treatment significantly affected the dynamic changes of soil ammonium nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen content, and the highest ammonium and nitrate nitrogen contents were observed at 3 and 17 days after the treatment of naphthalene, respectively. The soil soluble carbon content of Naphthalene treatment decreased rapidly after 3 days of culture, while the content of soil soluble carbon in Naphthalene treatment decreased slightly after 3 days of culture. The content of soluble nitrogen in naphthalene treatment and control was increased first and then decreased. The soil enzyme activity of naphthalene treatment and control had similar dynamic regularity. The activities of nitrate reductase and nitrite reductase reached their highest values in culture for 45 days and 10 days, respectively. The interaction between naphthalene treatment and sampling time significantly affected the soil respiration rate and the contents of ammonium nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen and soluble nitrogen in the soil. However, the effects of naphthalene on the activities of soluble carbon, sucrase, nitrate reductase and nitrite reductase were not significant.
