溫度對(duì)擬小食螨瓢蟲發(fā)育和繁殖的影響

【摘要】:擬小食螨瓢蟲是熱帶地區(qū)香蕉、番木瓜、橡膠和木薯等作物上有害葉螨的重要天敵。在室內(nèi)條件下,以皮氏葉螨Tetranychus piercei為食物,觀察了不同溫度(16℃,20℃,24℃,28℃,32℃)對(duì)擬小食螨瓢蟲生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育及繁殖的影響。結(jié)果表明:擬小食螨瓢蟲卵、幼蟲和蛹的歷期在32℃下最短,分別為2.38,4.26和3.04 d;16℃時(shí)最長(zhǎng),分別為12.48,25.10和16.12 d,雌成蟲壽命在16℃時(shí)長(zhǎng)達(dá)142.53 d,而在32℃時(shí)為95.46 d。世代發(fā)育起點(diǎn)溫度和有效積溫分別為13.29℃和227.63日度。成蟲產(chǎn)卵量在28℃最高,達(dá)595.49粒/雌,在16℃最低,為125.05粒/雌。內(nèi)稟增長(zhǎng)率(rm)在32℃達(dá)到最大(0.2063),而在16℃時(shí)最小(0.0342)。結(jié)果表明擬小食螨瓢蟲有較好的高溫耐受性,研究結(jié)果可為該瓢蟲人工繁育的溫度條件提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Ladybug is an important natural enemy of harmful leaf mites in banana, papaya, rubber and cassava in tropical region. Under indoor conditions, Tetranychus piercei was used as food. The effects of different temperatures on the growth, development and reproduction of ladybugs were observed.
