【摘要】：本文將農(nóng)村社區(qū)模擬為以農(nóng)戶為節(jié)點(diǎn)、以農(nóng)戶之間各種社會(huì)關(guān)系為連邊的社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò),應(yīng)用計(jì)算機(jī)仿真考察在灌溉資源管理中影響農(nóng)戶個(gè)體達(dá)成集體自組織治理的因素。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):無標(biāo)度網(wǎng)絡(luò)下合作擴(kuò)散的廣度具有較小不確定性,但擴(kuò)散速度比隨機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的不確定性更大。對(duì)資源依賴性越大,政策補(bǔ)助比例越高,平均合作人數(shù)越多,合作廣度的不確定性越低,但合作擴(kuò)散速度差異較大。對(duì)無標(biāo)度網(wǎng)絡(luò),先行者類型和資源依賴性不同,占用者的支付意愿均值與穩(wěn)定性隨著政策支持比例的變化有差異。占用者間的社會(huì)學(xué)習(xí)和政策支持在推動(dòng)合作擴(kuò)散時(shí),初始已采納者的數(shù)量并不是決定合作擴(kuò)散成功與否的關(guān)鍵因素。初始采納者比例與合作擴(kuò)散之間的關(guān)系取決于特定的網(wǎng)絡(luò)類型和先行者類型,這對(duì)制定合作推廣策略具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the rural community is simulated as a social network with farmers as the node and social relations between farmers as the connected edge. Computer simulation is used to investigate the factors that affect farmers' collective self-organization governance in irrigation resource management. It is found that the breadth of cooperative diffusion in scale-free networks is less uncertain. The greater the dependence on resources, the higher the proportion of policy subsidies, the more the average number of collaborators, the lower the uncertainty of cooperation breadth, but the greater the speed of cooperation diffusion. The types of pioneers and resource dependence are different, and the mean value and stability of occupiers' willingness to pay vary with the change of policy support ratio. Social learning and policy support among occupiers promote the diffusion of cooperation. The number of initial adopters is not the key factor to determine the success of cooperative diffusion. The relationship between the proportion of initial adopters and cooperative diffusion depends on the specific network type and pioneer type. This has certain guiding significance to the formulation of cooperative promotion strategy.
