【摘要】：系統(tǒng)分類學不但是生物多樣性和物種進化的研究主題,對農(nóng)業(yè)害蟲管理或其他生物應用領域也具有重要意義。目前,入侵性實蠅的系統(tǒng)分類問題嚴重阻礙了果蔬產(chǎn)品的市場準入、貿(mào)易和檢驗檢疫。為提供最新的分類鑒定信息以及多樣化、綜合性分類方法,從形態(tài)學、細胞學、分子生物學、生化分類鑒定等方面介紹入侵性實蠅近緣種、復合種和隱蔽種鑒定分類方法的研究進展,同時介紹各種鑒定分類方法的改進及新型的分子生物輔助手段,確保入侵性實蠅分類鑒定工作達到快速、高效、準確的效果。
[Abstract]:Systematic taxonomy is not only the subject of biodiversity and species evolution, but also important for agricultural pest management or other biological applications. The systematic classification of invasive fruit and vegetable products has seriously hindered market access, trade and quarantine of fruit and vegetable products. In order to provide the latest classification and identification information and diversification, comprehensive classification methods, from morphology, cytology, molecular biology, This paper introduces the research progress of identification and classification of invasive fly related species, compound species and covert species, and introduces the improvement of various identification and classification methods and new molecular biological aids. To ensure that invasive fly classification and identification work to achieve a rapid, efficient, accurate results.
