新型木霉氨基酸有機(jī)肥研制及其對(duì)番茄的促生效果

【摘要】:為提高貴州木霉NJAU4742固體發(fā)酵產(chǎn)孢能力,本研究擬用稻草秸稈和氨基酸水解液為原料進(jìn)行固體發(fā)酵獲得高分生孢子含量的固體菌種,將該固體菌種添加到含有不同比例氨基酸水解液的有機(jī)肥中進(jìn)行二次發(fā)酵研制新型生物有機(jī)肥,并利用盆栽試驗(yàn)研究該生物有機(jī)肥對(duì)番茄的促生作用.結(jié)果表明:在利用稀釋30倍的氨基酸水解液浸泡秸稈過夜后調(diào)節(jié)秸稈為初始p H 3.5、75%含水量、30%玉米粉添加量的條件下,貴州木霉NJAU4742所產(chǎn)分生孢子數(shù)量高達(dá)2.40×10~(10)CFU·g~(-1).接種2%固體木霉菌種于含有20%氨基酸水解液的腐熟有機(jī)肥后,該處理中木霉活菌數(shù)和吲哚乙酸(IAA)含量均達(dá)到最高,分別為6.40×10~9CFU·g~(-1)和38.66 mg·kg~(-1),與對(duì)照相比分別增加了1142.30和1.42倍.盆栽試驗(yàn)表明,木霉氨基酸生物有機(jī)肥(AT)與氨基酸有機(jī)肥(AA)處理跟對(duì)照(CK)相比株高分別增加了98.8%和23.8%,莖粗分別增加了58.9%和10.3%,葉綠素、葉長(zhǎng)、葉寬等指標(biāo)也顯著增加.利用稻草秸稈和氨基酸水解液進(jìn)行淺盤固體發(fā)酵生產(chǎn)木霉分生孢子,克服了工廠化生產(chǎn)固體木霉菌種的瓶頸,以此制備的新型木霉氨基酸有機(jī)肥(AT)與等養(yǎng)分的氨基酸有機(jī)肥(AA)和對(duì)照(CK)處理相比,對(duì)番茄的促生效果顯著,在集約化農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)中具有良好的應(yīng)用前景.
[Abstract]:In order to improve the spore production ability of Trichoderma Guizhou NJAU4742 solid fermentation was carried out with straw straw and amino acid hydrolysate as raw materials to obtain solid strains with high conidial content. The solid strain was added to organic fertilizer containing different proportion of amino acid hydrolysate for secondary fermentation to produce new biological organic fertilizer. Pot experiment was used to study the effect of bio-organic fertilizer on tomato growth. The results showed that under the condition of adjusting straw to initial pH 3.5% 75% water content and 30% corn flour after soaking straw overnight with 30 times of diluted amino acid hydrolysate, the effect of organic fertilizer on tomato growth was studied. The number of conidia produced by Trichoderma NJAU4742 in Guizhou was as high as 2.40 脳 10 ~ (10) NJAU4742. After inoculating 2% solid Trichoderma spp. After inoculation with mature organic fertilizer containing 20% amino acid hydrolysate, the viable number of Trichoderma and the content of Indole Acetate (IAA) reached the highest in the treatment. It was 6.40 脳 10 ~ (9 CFU 路g ~ (-1)) and 38.66 mg 路kg ~ (-1) ~ (-1), which was 1142.30 and 1.42 times higher than that of the control, respectively. The plant height, stem diameter, chlorophyll and leaf length were increased by 98.8% and 23.8g, 58.9% and 10.3, respectively, in the treatments of Trichoderma and Amino acid organic fertilizer (AAA) and CK, respectively, in comparison with the CK of the control group, the plant height was increased by 98.8% and 23.8.The stem diameter was increased by 58.9% and 10.3, respectively. Leaf width was also significantly increased. The shallow-dish solid fermentation of Trichoderma spore with straw straw and amino acid hydrolysate overcame the bottleneck of industrial production of solid Trichoderma species. Compared with Amino acid organic fertilizer (AAA) and CK), the new Trichoderma organic fertilizer (ATT) has a good effect on tomato growth and has a good application prospect in intensive agricultural production.
