【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)科研單位的實(shí)驗(yàn)室是農(nóng)業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新體系的重要組成部分,中心實(shí)驗(yàn)室的高效運(yùn)行將有利于依托單位群體科研效率的提高。在院中心實(shí)驗(yàn)室現(xiàn)狀基礎(chǔ)上,分別從實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理、人員管理和儀器設(shè)備管理等方面入手探討切實(shí)有效并符合單位現(xiàn)狀的建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn),力求發(fā)揮全院所有大型設(shè)備的最佳效能,使院實(shí)驗(yàn)室更好地為全院成果創(chuàng)新、科研產(chǎn)出等提供有力的條件保障。
[Abstract]:The laboratory of the agricultural scientific research unit is an important part of the agricultural science and technology innovation system. The efficient operation of the central laboratory will benefit the improvement of the scientific research efficiency of the group relying on the unit. On the basis of the present situation of the central laboratory of the institute, the management of the laboratory will be carried out separately. In the aspects of personnel management and instrument and equipment management, this paper discusses the practical and effective construction experience in accordance with the present situation of the unit, and strives to bring into play the best efficiency of all the large equipment in the whole hospital, so that the laboratory of the hospital can better innovate for the achievements of the whole hospital. The scientific research output and so on provides the powerful condition safeguard.
