補(bǔ)連塔煤礦采陷區(qū)叢枝菌根真菌種類分布及土壤因子的研究

【摘要】:叢枝菌根真菌(arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, AMF)對植物有廣泛的侵染性,80%以上的陸生植物都可形成這種菌根。本文以補(bǔ)連塔礦的采陷區(qū)作為研究樣地,以AMF和土壤因子為研究對象,研究采陷區(qū)AMF種類分布,探索隨著采陷年限、季節(jié)變化以及地表裂縫的產(chǎn)生,AMF和土壤因子間的變化規(guī)律。為進(jìn)一步篩選優(yōu)質(zhì)AMF菌種資源,開展礦區(qū)土地復(fù)墾與植被恢復(fù)提供理論依據(jù)。主要研究結(jié)果如下:1.采陷區(qū)共采集了9科18屬20種植物,菌根植物共16種,比例為80%。其中,蘿呮科1屬1種、藜科3屬3種未受AMF侵染。2.采陷區(qū)共分離出AMF 5屬13種。地表裂縫區(qū)的AMF種屬少于非地表裂縫區(qū),球囊霉屬在優(yōu)勢種占有較大比例。地表裂縫的產(chǎn)生,降低了AMF孢子密度和物種豐富度。3.土壤微生物群落中所占比例從大到小依次為細(xì)菌、放線菌、真菌。地表裂縫的產(chǎn)生使土壤微生物數(shù)量減少。4.采煤沉陷及地表裂縫的產(chǎn)生影響了土壤磷酸酶活性和土壤理化性質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungii (AMF) can form mycorrhizal mycorrhizal mycorrhizal mycorrhizae of more than 80% of terrestrial plants. In this paper, the subsidence area of Bulianta Mine is taken as the study sample, and AMF and soil factors are taken as research objects. The distribution of AMF species in mining subsidence area was studied, and the regularity of variation between AMF and soil factors along with the years of mining subsidence, seasonal variation, and the occurrence of surface cracks was explored. In order to further screen the high quality AMF strain resources, The main results are as follows: 1. A total of 20 species of mycorrhizal plants belonging to 18 genera and 9 families were collected in the mining area, and the proportion of mycorrhizal plants was 80%. 3 genera and 3 species of Chenopodiaceae were not infected by AMF. 13 species belonging to 5 genera of AMF were isolated from the subsidence area. The species of AMF in the surface fissure area were less than those in the non-surface fissure area. AMF spore density and species richness. 3. The proportion of soil microbial community from large to small is followed by bacteria, actinomycetes, actinomycetes, actinomycetes, actinomycetes, actinomycetes, Fungi. The number of soil microorganism was reduced by the surface fissure. 4. The soil phosphatase activity and soil physical and chemical properties were affected by the coal mining subsidence and the surface fissure.
