磁性膨潤(rùn)土對(duì)養(yǎng)牛和養(yǎng)豬沼液的處理性能研究

【摘要】:采用微波共沉淀法合成磁性膨潤(rùn)土(M-Bent),并研究其對(duì)養(yǎng)牛和養(yǎng)豬沼液中化學(xué)需氧量COD和懸浮物SS的去除效果。M-Bent的XRD、VSM的表征結(jié)果表明:磁性Fe3O4納米顆粒已負(fù)載到膨潤(rùn)土上,M-Bent的飽和磁化值為9.41 A·m2/kg,能夠成功實(shí)現(xiàn)固液分離。吸附實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:隨著M-Bent投加量的增加,對(duì)豬、牛沼液中COD和SS的去除率均增大,當(dāng)投加量為1.0 g/L時(shí),豬沼液中COD和SS的濃度即達(dá)到國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(GB 18596-2001)的排放要求;由于牛沼液中COD和SS的濃度較高,采用"混凝+吸附"的組合工藝處理牛沼液比單獨(dú)使用M-Bent吸附的去除效果更佳,并且可達(dá)到GB 18596-2001的排放要求。
[Abstract]:Magnetic bentonite (M-Bentn) was synthesized by microwave coprecipitation method, and its removal efficiency of chemical oxygen demand (COD) and suspended solids SS (SS) from cattle and pig biogas liquor was studied. The results of characterization of M-Bent XRD-VSM show that magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles have been loaded into bentonite. The saturation magnetization value of M-Bent is 9.41 A 路m ~ (2) 路kg ~ (-1), and the solid-liquid separation can be realized successfully. The removal rates of COD and SS in boar and bovine biogas liquor were increased. When the dosage was 1.0 g / L, the concentration of COD and SS in the biogas reached the requirement of national standard GB18596-2001.Because the concentration of COD and SS in bovine biogas liquid was higher, The treatment of bovine biogas liquor by "coagulation adsorption" process is better than that by using M-Bent adsorption alone, and it can meet the discharge requirement of GB 18596-2001.
