【摘要】：殼寡糖是一類由氨基葡萄糖通過β-(1,4)-糖苷鍵連接起來的低聚合度水溶性的糖類,具有多種生物活性,在種植業(yè)領(lǐng)域具有很高的應(yīng)用價值。以國家知識產(chǎn)權(quán)中國專利數(shù)據(jù)為數(shù)據(jù)源,檢索了1985-2016年期間我國殼寡糖種植業(yè)領(lǐng)域相關(guān)專利,從申請量、主要申請人、技術(shù)分布、研究熱點等內(nèi)容進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明,近年來我國殼寡糖種植業(yè)領(lǐng)域研究進(jìn)入快速發(fā)展期;企業(yè)是殼寡糖種植業(yè)領(lǐng)域?qū)＠暾埖闹髁?海南正業(yè)中農(nóng)高科股份有限公司在該領(lǐng)域具有技術(shù)優(yōu)勢;諾維信生物股份有限公司、生物農(nóng)業(yè)股份有限公司、拜爾作物科學(xué)股份公司等國際農(nóng)業(yè)巨頭企業(yè)均在中國進(jìn)行了專利布局;專利技術(shù)分布主要集中在農(nóng)藥、肥料領(lǐng)域,以殺菌劑、植物生長調(diào)節(jié)劑、植物誘抗劑等為研究熱點。該研究結(jié)果對我國殼寡糖在種植業(yè)領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展和布局具有一定借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Chitosan oligosaccharide is a kind of water-soluble carbohydrate with low degree of polymerization, which is connected by glucosamine via 尾 -taurosine bond. It has a variety of biological activities and has high application value in the field of planting. The data source of China patent of national intellectual property rights is used as data source. From 1985 to 2016, the relevant patents in the field of chitosan oligosaccharide cultivation in China were searched and analyzed in terms of the amount of applications, the main applicants, the technical distribution, the research hotspots, and so on. In recent years, the research on chitosan oligosaccharide planting industry in China has entered a period of rapid development, enterprises are the main force of patent application in the field of chitosan oligosaccharide planting, Hainan Zhengye Zhongnong High-Tech Co., Ltd. has technical advantages in this field. International agricultural giant companies, such as Novox Biological Co., Ltd., Biological Agriculture Co., Ltd., Bayer crop Science Co., Ltd., have all carried out patent distribution in China; the distribution of patent technology is mainly concentrated in the fields of pesticides and fertilizers. The research focuses on fungicides, plant growth regulators and plant inducers. The results of this study have some reference significance for the development and distribution of chitosan oligosaccharides in the field of planting industry in China.
