DEM超分辨率重構(gòu)對(duì)梯田坡度提取的影響研究

【摘要】:坡度對(duì)地表水文、土壤侵蝕、土地利用規(guī)劃有著重要的影響,區(qū)域尺度上的坡度通常基于數(shù)字高程模型(DEM)提取。區(qū)域尺度上,高分辨率坡度數(shù)據(jù)由于DEM獲取途徑、方式等原因,較難獲得,通常通過(guò)超分辨率重構(gòu)(又稱(chēng)降尺度變換)得到。以黃土高原地區(qū)水平梯田地形為研究對(duì)象,基于無(wú)人機(jī)攝影測(cè)量技術(shù),生成不同分辨率的DEM數(shù)據(jù)并提取坡度,設(shè)計(jì)并給出了基于稀疏混合估計(jì)對(duì)DEM數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行超分辨率重構(gòu)的方法及流程,并與最近鄰法、雙線(xiàn)性插值法、三次卷積插值法比較,結(jié)果表明所提方法在空間分布和誤差方面上均優(yōu)于其他方法。
[Abstract]:Slope has an important influence on surface hydrology, soil erosion and land use planning. Slope on regional scale is usually extracted based on digital elevation model (DEM). At regional scale, high resolution slope data are obtained by DEM, and so on. It is difficult to obtain, usually through super-resolution reconstruction (also called downscaling transformation). Taking horizontal terrace terrain in Loess Plateau as the research object, based on UAV photogrammetry technology, the DEM data with different resolutions are generated and the slope is extracted. The method and flow of super-resolution reconstruction of DEM data based on sparse mixed estimation are designed and presented, and compared with nearest neighbor method, bilinear interpolation method and cubic convolution interpolation method. The results show that the proposed method is superior to other methods in spatial distribution and error.
