生物改性聚乙烯醇可降解包膜材料的特征及其光譜特性

【摘要】:聚乙烯醇溶于水可作為肥料的包膜材料,通過(guò)物理或化學(xué)改性,可影響聚乙烯醇緩釋膜層的吸水性和降解性,提高其緩釋性能和環(huán)境安全。為了探究改性聚乙烯醇膜材料的改性效果和降解能力,以殼聚糖為改性劑、二氧化硅為添加劑對(duì)聚乙烯醇進(jìn)行改性,分析了改性聚乙烯醇成膜物理特性、生物降解性、紅外表征及表面微觀結(jié)構(gòu)。研究結(jié)果表明,聚乙烯醇濃度85 g/kg,殼聚糖濃度16 g/kg,混合溫度80℃,混合時(shí)間2 h條件下制備的膜材料吸水率降低明顯,添加二氧化硅使聚乙烯醇濃度70 g/kg,殼聚糖濃度8 g/kg,混合溫度60℃,混合時(shí)間2h條件下制備的膜材料吸水率最低,且二氧化硅添加量為5 g/kg時(shí)成膜降解率最高。紅外光譜和掃描電鏡分析表明,膜降解后一些主要官能團(tuán)O-H、C-O鍵數(shù)量發(fā)生了變化,透射率增強(qiáng),同時(shí)2 300 cm-1處波峰消失,這說(shuō)明膜材料發(fā)生了一定的降解,同時(shí)其表面微觀結(jié)構(gòu)變得極為粗糙,出現(xiàn)很多凸起物,整體結(jié)構(gòu)也變得更加松散,也說(shuō)明其具有良好的生物降解性。紅外光譜和電鏡掃描的結(jié)果與質(zhì)量變化試驗(yàn)的結(jié)果相一致,能夠更客觀地表征膜材料的降解性。
[Abstract]:Poly (vinyl alcohol) soluble in water can be used as the coating material of fertilizer, which can affect the water absorption and degradation of polyvinyl alcohol sustained-release film by physical or chemical modification. In order to explore the modification effect and degradation ability of the modified PVA membrane material, polyvinyl alcohol was modified with chitosan as modifier and silica as additive. The physical properties, biodegradability, IR characterization and surface microstructure of modified polyvinyl alcohol film were analyzed.
