【摘要】：借助全國30個省區(qū)2001—2014年面板數(shù)據(jù),探究了農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化與農(nóng)民增收關(guān)系及農(nóng)戶人力資本存量調(diào)節(jié)作用。結(jié)果表明:農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化中,農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)科技化和農(nóng)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)合理化微弱促進農(nóng)民增收,農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營規(guī)�；种妻r(nóng)民增收;農(nóng)戶人力資本存量調(diào)節(jié)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的農(nóng)民增收效應,增強農(nóng)戶人力資本存量可顯著提升農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化農(nóng)民增收效應�；谝陨戏治�,提出農(nóng)戶人力資本開發(fā)的對策建議,以期提升農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的農(nóng)民增收效應。
[Abstract]:With the panel data of 30 provinces and regions in China from 2001 to 2014, this paper probes into the relationship between agricultural modernization and the increase of farmers' income, as well as the regulating effect of farmers' human capital stock. The results show that: in agricultural modernization, Science and technology of agricultural production and rationalization of agricultural structure can promote the increase of farmers' income, and the scale of agricultural management can restrain the increase of farmers' income. The stock of human capital of farmers adjusts the effect of increasing farmers' income in agricultural modernization. Based on the above analysis, the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of farmers' human capital are put forward in order to enhance the effect of increasing the farmers' income of agricultural modernization.
