聚合氨基酸對北方水稻土中氧化鐵存在形態(tài)的影響

【摘要】:為了解不同類型水稻土中氧化鐵含量特征,探明添加外源聚合氨基酸對水稻土中氧化鐵形態(tài)變化的影響,本研究以中國北方不同類型水稻土(棕壤型、草甸土型和濱海鹽漬型)為研究對象,設(shè)置添加占供試土壤干重0.05%的γ-聚谷氨酸和聚天冬氨酸處理,以不添加氨基酸作為對照。通過室內(nèi)恒溫厭氧培養(yǎng)30 d后,測定各水稻土全鐵、游離氧化鐵、無定形氧化鐵和絡(luò)合態(tài)鐵含量及氧化鐵的活化和絡(luò)合程度。結(jié)果表明:供試的北方3種典型水稻土中,游離氧化鐵含量為濱海鹽漬型草甸土型≥棕壤型,絡(luò)合態(tài)鐵含量為棕壤型濱海鹽漬型≥草甸土型,而無定形氧化鐵含量為棕壤型濱海鹽漬型草甸土型。兩種外源聚合氨基酸對不同類型水稻土氧化鐵形態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)化能力影響存在差異,與不添加氨基酸的對照相比,添加γ-聚谷氨酸的棕壤型水稻土無定形氧化鐵和絡(luò)合態(tài)鐵含量分別增加27.72%和32.25%,聚天冬氨酸對無定形氧化鐵和絡(luò)合態(tài)鐵含量無顯著促進(jìn)作用;在草甸土型水稻土中,γ-聚谷氨酸和聚天冬氨酸均能顯著增加無定形氧化鐵含量,且與對照相比,絡(luò)合態(tài)鐵含量分別增加136.24%和12.00%;γ-聚谷氨酸能有效促進(jìn)濱海鹽漬型水稻土中無定形氧化鐵和絡(luò)合態(tài)鐵的生成。總之,添加γ-聚谷氨酸和聚天冬氨酸對水稻土游離氧化鐵的含量沒有明顯影響;而添加γ-聚谷氨酸能有效增加水稻土中無定形氧化鐵和絡(luò)合態(tài)鐵含量,降低晶膠率,有利于提高土壤中有效鐵含量,顯著活化鐵氧化物,抑制各類型水稻土中鐵的結(jié)晶老化;而聚天冬氨酸對水稻土無定形氧化鐵和絡(luò)合態(tài)鐵沒有明顯的激發(fā)效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the characteristics of iron oxide content in different types of paddy soils and to find out the effect of adding exogenous polymeric amino acids on the changes of iron oxide forms in paddy soils, different types of paddy soils (brown soil type) in northern China were used in this study. Meadow soil type and coastal saline type) were treated with 緯 -polyglutamic acid and polyaspartic acid, which accounted for 0.05% dry weight of the tested soil.
