【摘要】：以系統(tǒng)論視角構(gòu)建了農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)效率測(cè)算的網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu),利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)DEA模型對(duì)我國(guó)2005—2013年30個(gè)省市農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)整體效率及各子系統(tǒng)效率值進(jìn)行測(cè)度,并對(duì)其變化趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行收斂檢驗(yàn),進(jìn)而揭示農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)效率的關(guān)鍵影響因素,探索農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)效率提升的實(shí)施路徑。實(shí)證結(jié)果顯示:我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)整體效率處于較低水平,農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)效率提升潛力巨大;四大區(qū)域差異較大,社會(huì)和生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的低效成為制約東北地區(qū)生態(tài)效率提高的因素,經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)的低效是中西部地區(qū)效率增長(zhǎng)的瓶頸因素。收斂檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示,經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)的區(qū)域差異呈擴(kuò)大趨勢(shì),社會(huì)和生態(tài)系統(tǒng)差異性較穩(wěn)定。農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)效率與機(jī)械密度、人均農(nóng)業(yè)GDP呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系,與農(nóng)業(yè)市場(chǎng)化程度、受災(zāi)率、財(cái)政支農(nóng)力度、工業(yè)化發(fā)展水平呈負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系。虛擬變量的引入,驗(yàn)證了農(nóng)業(yè)是受自然和地理因素影響較大的產(chǎn)業(yè),區(qū)位選擇對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)效率產(chǎn)生重要影響。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of the construction of the network structure of agricultural eco efficiency measurement based on the system theory, using the network DEA model on the efficiency of overall efficiency and sub system in China from 2005 to 2013, 30 provinces agricultural ecosystem value measure and convergence test of the trend and the key influencing factors and reveal the agricultural eco efficiency, explore the implementation path of ascension agricultural eco efficiency. The empirical results show that: the overall efficiency of agricultural ecology in China is at a low level, to enhance the efficiency of agricultural ecological potential; four regional differences, social and ecological system to improve eco efficiency of inefficient factors restricting the northeast region, the economic system is inefficient bottlenecks. The convergence efficiency of growth in central and western regions test results show that the regional differences of the economic system is expanding, the difference in social and ecological system is more stable. The agricultural ecological efficiency and mechanical density, The per capita agricultural GDP was positively correlated with the degree of agricultural market, affected by the rate of financial support is negatively related to the level of industrial development. The introduction of dummy variables, agriculture is verified by natural and geographical factors of the industry, the location selection has an important effect on agricultural eco efficiency.
